What an amazing experience! We were in Dorfgastein for an extended weekend and stayed in Landhotel Römerhof for 3 nights and everything was great. A cozy hotel with great people was an amazing place to stay. Friendly staff was helpful and always smiling, rooms were clean, cozy, and well equipped, and in addition, a small Spa in the cellar was a cherry on top. Considering all, this was one of the nicest hotels I've been to in Austrian Alpen. We'll definitely come back!

Surrounded by the beautiful mountains of the Hohe Tauern, this traditional, family-run hotel is located in the heart of Dorfgastein in the Gastein Valley. Sip on a refreshing drink in the lobby bar and indulge in the buffet breakfast. Landhotel Römerhof offers elegant and comfortable rooms and suites, a cozy restaurant with an excellent cuisine, and a spacious spa center. This “wellness lagoon” features several pools, saunas and relaxation rooms, as well as massages and beauty treatments. The breakfast buffet with organic corner and tea bar is included in the price, as well as the welcome cocktail, the cozy bathrobes in winter (for adults) and the rental bicycles and mountain bikes. Landhotel Römerhof also has a table tennis and children's playroom, and a free internet terminal.
