Very friendly stuff, located close to the metro station and also easy to reach by car (parking is available!). It is close to the river and nice restaurants corner

twin bed instead of double but we were offered another room straight away.

The room was excellent. It was large and had a spacious bathroom. The beds were comfy and clean. The staff werre helpful and helped us to look for a lost item and check through travel plans. The location is OK but you would want to familiarise yourself with the U Bahn to make the most of getting into and out of the centre of Vienna.

There was some building work taking place but it didn't effect our stay much.

Request a room without door to another room - almost no sound insulation! Shower gel dries the skin extremely - bring your own!

Staff unfriendly and bit far from the city centre. The wifi was not available during all our stay of 3 days and the staff doesn't care about it.

The bed was big enough; Whenever asked, they could offer a transfer or book a taxi, every time but one;

The WiFi did not work during the six days stay; The reception could not say why until the third day when they said it was due to it does not connect with Apple devices; The housekeeper did not take empty boxes and dirty plates nor empty the trash from the room; The housekeeper just changed the towels and made the bed during the six days; There was no restaurant at the hotel; The staff could not suggest any places to eat; Upon arrival, we booked a transfer which was not waiting at the airport;

I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is a beautiful hotel with large, well equipped, quiet, and very comfortable rooms. The location is ideal for staying in Vienna, with just a few minutes walk past a beautiful park to get to the underground. A few minutes walk the other direction puts you in the park along the Danube where there are many outdoor activities to enjoy.

Wi Fi DID NOT WORK and the staff did not make any effort to get it to work.

Location. Only 5 minutes walking from the metro station. Room is very beautiful and comfortable.

The internet on the room didn't work any day. There is a good signal there, but it was not connecting. The internet from the lobby worked on the first night and first morning, but after that it didn't work anymore. The staffs tried to reboot the server, but didn't help.

Restaurant is not open all the time so you may need to go eat outside at night

Fantastic new hotel with chic interior design and fittings. Our business room was superb, large size, air conditioned, large TV, WiFi. Great bathroom. Moderate walk into old town centre. We were on a cycling holiday and our bikes were stored in the hotel luggage room.

It's a very good hotel, people speak English, 5 min to the nearest metro station, the price is reasonable.

There's nothing nearby, no bars, no restaurant, you should walk or go to the center of the city to feel Vienna.

The restaurant works only for breakfast so you should consider where to eat. However in the neighborhood there are chinese, thai and italian restaurants but nothing for local cuisine.

The room was clean

Description made it sound like hotel was 'steps' from the water and unless you are a giant...the hotel is at best a 10min walk before one has a visual of said water. I had requested a 'water view' and the view I got was of a huge apartment building about 20ft from my window. When I checked in I asked where the water was and if I got a water view and she said that there are no water view rooms, obviously, when I mentioned the description she said there was nothing she could do and the apartments had Been there for years. The sole reason I had chosen the hotel was the proximity to water. I was very disappointed. I had booked the room for two nights and asked if I could cancel one or both nights and was old no. I found hotel staff to be curt, but not rude. Overall-- cons: Internet was off and on (poor), parking expensive (18€ a day) no free parking nearby, no water view---PRO: 5 min walk to metro and clean room. We did not send the 15€ a day per person for breakfast but went to a local restaurant (2min walk) and had a great breakfast for two for 10€ - small victory for my poor choice in hotels....

the staff was really nice and the room was okay

the hotel is pretty far away from the city center and you have to change a lot of metro station lines. Also as value I found it a bit pricy considering that breakfast was not even included at that rate. Overall its an okay hotel

Lack of air conditioning in bedroom a real problem

Great location: a quiet area (though not on Sunday morning during the service in the church nearby). Very clean hotel, nice and helpful english speaking stuff.

Hotel is really old. This is something You can not verify with pictures. Internet access is limited to windows based systems. Apple devices are not supported. No clima in the room!! Only some fan that have to work loudly the whole night.

Clean and cozy place with delicious breakfast and good location. I highly recommend.
