Located right in the heart of Vienna at the Ringstraße boulevard across from the State Opera and the Kärntner Straße shopping street, Le Meridien Vienna has free Wi-Fi, free minibar with a daily refill, and free access to its luxurious spa. Karlsplatz subway station is a 2-minute walk away. The Hofburg Imperial Palace and St. Stephen’s Cathedral are only a few steps from the Le Meridien Vienna. Guests enjoy free admission to selected cultural attractions. Location was perfect and we thoroughly enjoyed the convenience of the room. We did not eat in the hotel. There was no hair dryer supplied for my wife and there did not appear to be any extraction fan in the bathroom. The bath was very deep to get out of.

The staff is awful. My room has been paid one month ago, receptionist said that she has the difficulties with rooms,she gived the advice pay more to upgrade my room. I decide to get my prepaid room. In result I got the room loos like the storage.( ~ 20 m) the reserved room has 33 m. When I came to reception and asked where my booked room answer was rooms were out.after my demand to call the senior manager . It was against law.

The location is superb..mere steps from the opera, the shopping, the old city and the best museums. Not well lit...our room was miles away from the elevator and up a flight of stairs..

The location of this hotel cannot be beat! Right in the middle of everything you want to see and explore in Vienna. The spa was not as professional as I expected. I had an appointment for a massage at 9am, and the guy showed up late then ran over 30 minutes late, causing me to miss an appointment later. Massage was fine (nothing special), but it was a bit frustrating.

Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Easy to get around in city trams and the people were helpful. The shower in the hotel bathroom has no door or curtain and therefore bathroom becomes wet when shower is used.
