Le Meridien Vienna  

We booked two double rooms, but they offered us single ones. They also asked us to pay more for get double rooms .

I dislike staying in this hotel at all because of poor room design doesn't worth such money. And hotel design looks like Soviet low rate hotel. Also very poor and small spa, like in 1star hotel.small and narrow room and spacious bathroom, and also we have to wait our luggage about 40 min to be putted upstairs. I wish never retern here again!

Poor service during check-out process.

Design of halls and bathrooms is very intrestin and last is enough comfotable.

Coat of chair looks dirty.

Location is very good. Style and inside facilities are perfect.

The staff is very good, always smiling and ready to please. The facilities, Spa etc. are good and the location of the hotel is excellent for sight-seeing, shopping, Opera or whatever. We enjoyed an excellent meal at the restaurant and the staff where great with a nephew that came with us that had an alergy problem.

We found breakfast expensive and nothing special, We had the continental one in the Moet bar. The bedroom was good with the following exception. The first one we got was a normal double room, we had a big wardrobe but a small bed, queen size I would say. We then changed to a higher category where the bed was bigger but the wardrobe very small! I think all beds nowadays should be King size irrespective of the price of the room.

1.* Location *: at the centre of Vienna,at the heart of shopping area, museums,theatres and a metro station in two minutes walk 2. Moet bar-restaurant inside the hotel (gourmet choices and champagne) 3. Relaxation area (sauna, steam bath, swimming pool) 4. free compliments every day (coffee-tea, water (bottles),juice) 5. Comfort rooms, spacious bathroom

1. the bathroom was separated from the rest room by a transparent window door (when someone was in bed could see the other one inside the bathroom...) 2. there wasn't a door in the shower area which had as a result the whole bathroom to get messy with water all around. 3.no shower handle 4. expensive breakfast 5.aesthetically cold area in reception area when you enter the hotel but the rest hotel areas were excellent

It was absolutely perfect. Staff were always helpful and kind. Location was perfect - right in the middle of the main places you need to visit in Vienna. Room was huge. Bathroom was amazing and everything for a really good price. If ever in Vienna again I would not choose any hotel else!

Most of all I like contemrarary design. You can feel that everywhere, in every little detail. It is different.

Price is a little bit high.

Perfect situation,easy walking distance to centre of city,close to public transport.Were upgraded to executive room, which was very nice,modern,spacious,very comfortable.On 6th floor,secondary glazing very efficient - no traffic noise

Smoking allowed in Le Meridien bar - smell drifted into adjacent lifts. Buffet breakfast expensive for couple like us who only wanted coffee and croissant.could be bought separately in Le Meridien bar, but cigarette smoke did not make this an option. Went to excellent cafe 100yds down road for breakfast
