The hotal location is great. Free minibar in room.
Breakfast can be better and the lobby is not suitable for 5 stars hotal.
Friendly and attentive staff
Modern, funky hotel. Excellent location. Helpful staff.
Didn't go into champagne bar as so smoky
Can't get much closer to Zentrum. Nice rooms and huge shower!!
Room got warm even though the thermostat said it was a constant 16 degrees Celsius.
location is perfect for turism the best, near museum q, market place, Karl pl, center, Rathouse
Outdoor noise where present all the time, day and night, although we asked for queit room. We did not ménage to turn off air conditioning or to regulate the temperature in the room, it doesn't work.
Fast free Wi-Fi. Excellent location. Helpful,Friendly & Knowledgeable staff. Free & refillable minibar. Thank you "Sara" at the reception... you helped to make our stay Excellent.
Bed could be better and more comfortable.
From the moment you walk inside the door, the staff is exemplary! Quick to react to any question, accommodate any need....everyone deserves applause.
To be hypercritical, the hotel is in dire need of a facelift. That and a new purveyor of luxury amenities in the room would bring Le Meridien back to her days of glory!
Reception and Concierge personnel are so much friendly and try to help us.
Comfortable bed. Excellent location. Comparatively affordable. Spacious room (I stayed a week and was upgraded). Free (limited) minibar is convenient.
Building is seriously overheated. "Art" aspects of the hotel are fun, but also a bit gimmicky. Lobby area near the lifts does smell of smoke from the Moet bar. I heard noise from the restaurant late at night only once (a Wednesday night). Otherwise, the area and building was generally quiet.
Quiet hotel just on Opernring. 2 minutes walk from Karntner strasse.
parking price is 38 EUR per night
The location is outstanding.
The service wasn't very good - one day my room wasn't made up. Another day my minibar wasn't restocked. Yet another time I had to call the service desk three times to get a requested item.
Breakfast area was very stuffy
location le moet bar
bed size shower layout f&B in-room service pricing for in-room movie is too high
1) Location 2) Bathroom and bed cleanliness 3) free water and soft drinks everyday 4) access to free wifi in room and internet in lobby 5) Tea choices in room
Breakfast buffet was overpriced for its choices. Also there was no alternatives for an a la carte breakfast in the dinning room. Choice of the Champagne Bar as the alternative a la carte breakfast site was odious because the Bar is a smoking place and reeked of cigarette smoke. Also the same bar does not have a good air filtering system and it continuously discharges cigarette smoke into the hotel lobby elevators site. This is terribly annoying and pretty disgusting.
Very nice hotel in excellent position. All the staff was very nice
Only thing for me it's that Spa close too much early
the dark atmosphere, you do not feel clean.... My room was on 5th floor where you need to take the steps.
Clear, comfort, service, free wifi
The room was a good size. The gym was good. The hotel is in a very good location. The staff were happy and attentive. The breakfast was very good. We liked the Moet bar. We would certainly stay again.
I thought it was too expensive for what we got (we paid around £400 for the room each night). That may have been ok if the room was immaculate which it was not (streaky marks on floor etc - no turndown service). The music in the common parts when we arrived was dreadful. The music in the lift is odd.
Very good hotel. Comfortable and cosy.
Waiting 2 hours till my boys got piece of shirt called meat, was not pleasant at all... Be aware travelling with small kids, that shower is fixed.
Price-quality concierge service very poor and unhelpfull cleaness room too small poor mini bar
Localization, hotel personnel especially Dennis at concierge, very rich breakfast buffet
Elevators are very dark and almost impossible to see buttons, beds are very narrow for 2 people
Great location, spacious comfortable rooms, friendly competent staff, nice atmosphere, delicious, diversified breakfast
A bit pricey especially during Christmas/ New Year time but still good value for money.
Staff were terrific and very helpful.
The Bar is very expensive
Excellent room size location and service
Bed too soft pillows too high
The staff very accommodating. Service was great. The concierge, david was very helpful, as well as, the managerial staff. Breakfast buffet was excellent
Smell of smoke.
