Brilliant location with very helpful friendly staff I love this hotel and highly recommend it
Hotel was easy to find and located on the main street which made everything pretty much walking distance. Staff were helpful. Room was decent sized.
Only allowed to connect limited devices to the wifi. Did not provide toothbrushes. And shower leaked so the floor was all wet.
Location excellent as are staff very good breakfast and very good bed my back hadn't felt that good for years.
Location, Cleanliness, Friendly Staff
Quite small room, choice of cosmetics in the bathroom
Bed was too small for two normal size adults.
I loved the whole art displays all over the lobby. Breakfast was great, with a big variety, although I'd say they are a little bit slow with refill. But on the other side, they offer it until relatively late (Mo-Fr until 10:30, Sa and Sun until 11). Fantastic location.
I was expecting a bigger bed for two people.
Their terminal did not work at check-in so I had to pay cash in advance for our stay.

Noise from bathroom
Good location. Staff very friendly. Wifi is variable depending on the location of your room.
On check in the room was half cleaned. Bed half made. Amenities lacking. They apologised for that but did not send someone. I had to remind them to bring at least a new soap and gel douche. Stayed there for a week end and for two consecutive mornings i was woken up at 9 AM for room cleaning (what the hell!!! It's a week end and I wanted to sleep a bit). Reported that to the reception, again they apologised but it all happened again the next morning!!!! And while checking out I reported the problem and all the guy said was so sorry.... so NO DEFINITELY IT'S NOT A FIVE STARS HOTEL AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND ANYONE TO PAY 600 EUROS FOR TWO NIGHTS AND THREE SORRYS they didn't even give me any complementary something for the repeated mistakes. Then the MOET supposedly a bar. I do smoke but couldn't handle the bad cigarettes smell in there i prefer to take mine outside, it sinks the tobacco odour even when waiting by the lift...
All the staff was smiling all the time and they friendly and they ask all the time to help in every think
Nothing everything's was good
The noise Moving rooms three times to avoid it The crowds of youths outside smoking at all hours
recertion was rude
Modern fresh interior design.
The hotel lobby is not very cozy and does not invite to stay and relax for a coffee or so.
Offer oysters, truffles and beluga caviar.
You can only enjoy this delicatessen if you are a smoker since in the entire bar is smoking allowed.
Location, the arty feel of the hotels, The pink Bath in the room.
if you ask for a quiet room then you will get one of the back rooms which can be a bit of a walk if you have luggage.
location size of room well equipped professional staff Moet bar
'wet room showers' dj rapping music in bar by restaurant
Good breakfast. Nothing else.
Overheated everywhere, very dusty in the room. Long queue for check in. Operaview - you have to have over 220 cm to see it. Smoke from Le Moët bar was to feel everywhere. Uncomfortable parking.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. It looked good, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, close to the Museum Quarter and Opera House, the lobby was interesting and there is a metro station within 1 minute's walk.
Oh, I do have one minor negative point. It was stressed upon me by my wife to mention that the bathroom in our room had a frosted-glass wall. Unfortunately she's not "arty" enough for that kind of thing. I hope she doesn't see this comment!
romm, location, staff
