Modern fresh interior design.
The hotel lobby is not very cozy and does not invite to stay and relax for a coffee or so.
Offer oysters, truffles and beluga caviar.
You can only enjoy this delicatessen if you are a smoker since in the entire bar is smoking allowed.
Location, the arty feel of the hotels, The pink Bath in the room.
if you ask for a quiet room then you will get one of the back rooms which can be a bit of a walk if you have luggage.
location size of room well equipped professional staff Moet bar
'wet room showers' dj rapping music in bar by restaurant
Good breakfast. Nothing else.
Overheated everywhere, very dusty in the room. Long queue for check in. Operaview - you have to have over 220 cm to see it. Smoke from Le Moët bar was to feel everywhere. Uncomfortable parking.
I have nothing negative to say about the hotel. It looked good, the staff were very friendly and very helpful, close to the Museum Quarter and Opera House, the lobby was interesting and there is a metro station within 1 minute's walk.
Oh, I do have one minor negative point. It was stressed upon me by my wife to mention that the bathroom in our room had a frosted-glass wall. Unfortunately she's not "arty" enough for that kind of thing. I hope she doesn't see this comment!
romm, location, staff
Shower.Water was staying in the shower.
Staf is so cool... Naomi and Croatian girl (i forgot her name) they are so helful and nice Breakfast with choice, confortable and clean rooms, pool and sauna... Perfect weekend
wonderful full bath and shower.
a little cramped but still wonderful accommodations
Reception and porters were very nice
Concierge booked only one ticket for the opera and so we had to sit separately (and waste time getting another ticket) and then it was not an opera at all but a ballet. Also everything was very smoky-elevators,room, etc
great location, cozy, intimate, love the city.
on the 8th floor the Internet was almost non-existing, and it stressed the hell out of me. They should really fix that.
Shabby hotel not worth 5 or even 4 star rating. Tacky, worn off decor in the spirit of the 90s design that went wrong. Overflowing shower, uncomfortable bed, dirty carpets. Mini bar for free but including just a bottle of water, coke and one beer. Horrid breakfast - dried off cheese, coffee cups placed in the dusted glass cupboard - I could list all the flaws for ages, but for the benefit of other travelers I could sum it up: do not stay there unless you are ready to pay 5 star price for a 3 star experience.
Good location. Very quiet. Comfortable room. Helpful staff.
Décor, art-work, lighting and interior design. Not impressed by bathroom with frosted glass partition. Felt like no privacy.
A very comfortable hotel, modern and clean, and near to all sights. Staff were very helpful, we had a problem and they sorted it out with a free meal for two plus free drinks which totally compensated.
Location wise was very good. The staff was pretty efficient. The food from the in-room service was also a nice surprise.
The room didn't give me the five star hotel feeling regarding small details. The view from the window was horrible (the back of another building) Personally I think the decoration of the reception is anything but elegant. The darkness in the elevator is annoying and confusing. The breakfast room is also pretty caotic...
Location, wonderful bathroom w/deep tub and large shower, comfortable bed.
I was confronted as a hotel guest with very aggressive body guards. (from this party), although the people at the Lobby told me we can join this party. (what I did not). This is a very bad experience what I would not expect to be happened in this hotel!
Reception (very efficient, polite, responsive to our few demands)
The mattress is much too soft and the beds in a regular room too small.
Only the location and TV channels
Manager behaviour was not professional not show a respect to the gusts. The location of junior suite with out any view in the middle of the building . The mattress not comfortable.. The hotel very basic..
services location room
breakfast size of the fitness room size of the pool
Receptionists very friendly. Room service is great. They call the room and sometimes knock to check if all is ok. That's a nice touch.
Bellhops are not so good. Breakfast service could be better. Apples in the room were bruised. The whole design concept is overrated. Maintenance department has been sleeping on the job. Should be more active in maintening the rooms and common areas. The GM never thanked me as I expected.
Loved the modern feel...not what I originally wanted for my first stay in Vienna but it turned out to be awesome
That there was smoking in the breakfast cafe. Could hardly stand to eat in there the smell of cigarette smoke was so disgusting
- very amiable and efficient staff - they make you feel that your comfort is their business - excellent location. Very near transport systems. Not right in the middle of shopping centers, but very very near - this meant low noise; so very peaceful sleep
-we stayed here for 4 nights, and the bed sheets were not changed at all - toiletries were not complete - i'm not sure if it is customary for hotels to lower down their aircondition levels during fall season, but this was our discomfort
Location Reception staff were really helpful with the map and guiding us Easy access to tram and metro
the hotel looked amazing at the entrance perfect at the reception and the corridors and rooms were a literal turn off
