igényes belső terek, kreatív design, szépen kialakított szobák, és megoldás helyben a parkolásra, központi elhelyezkedés, közelben elérhetők a látnivalók.

Sajnos több dologgal is elégedetlen voltam: 1) nem tudtam a szoba hőmérsékletét a kívánt hőfokra fűteni (hűvös volt), és ezen nem tudott a személyzet segíteni, illetve másik szobát sem ajánlottak fel. 2) az igényelt plusz takarót (a fűtés hiánya miatt) csak késve kaptam meg meg 3) reggel 8 órakor wake up call ébresztett, amit nem kértem, tekintve, hogy pihenni mentem, ez sajnos az egész napomat meghatározó "élmény" volt 4) a számla kiállításánál közlték velem, hogy a parkolási díj több, mint 15%-kal magasabb a foglalásomban szereplőnél, dacára, hogy bemutattam a booking.com-tól kapott és kinyomtatott visszaigazolást, kifizettették velem a magasabb összeget. Különösen elfogadhatatlan ez írásos visszaigazolás és a többi előzmény fényében.

The location was perfect.

It was not very family friendly, more of a young persons Hotel.

Very good hotel with an excellent location. The room was comfortable with an amazing bathroom. However during my check in the reception staff was not polite enough for the hotel of that reputation and quality.

Location is great. A park is in across the street. Mariahilfer strasse is five minutes away by walking. Opera is nearby. Le Meridien have parking facilities under the hotel. (it costs 34 eur anyway so it is a little expensive) Room was big enough (the executive one). Overall it was nice.

Cleanliness is not so good. Flooring should be changed because looks and feels like 100 yrs old. Shower is fixed and cannot be used. When you shower water is spreading all over the place. Bathtube have no shower. The large tv is so old and used than almost cannot look at it. The free Internet is so slow that cannot be used. Price for the executive room we had was too much for what was offered.

The service was fantastic and the art installations in the lobby and bar were something else, nice to have something a bit different, very funky. Great rooms

yes, staff in the spa was not realy helpful. Breakfast. you pay the same amount if you take continental or american breakfast. It is not right.

The bed is small, the passage is old and they didn't renew it as whole hotel, The breakfast is very expensive with no many choices.

first of all location is excellent and they accept early check in and they change my room when i was not happy with A/C
