BEST WESTERN Plus Hotel Leipziger Hof  

Only stayed one night but friendly staff. Food was very good.

A bit out of town but only a 10 minute walk.

The location was good for our purpose which was to see Youth Olympic Games. The venues were easily accessible from the hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. The 4 rooms the members of our group had all varied in size, but they were comfortable as were the beds. My room was a corner room which was quite spacious. The maid service was very efficient. A staff of three were in and out of the room in minutes. The breakfast spread was also very good. Typical buffet items, but also a complete menu of eggs, etc.

The wi-fi connections worked, but sometimes took 2-3 tries to get logged in. Also had to re log-in each day which was a little tedious. Not too much of interest right around the hotel, but only a 15 walk to the old town.

The restaurant staff was wonderful and made a sparkling ice cream treat for our anniversary dinner.

Excellent staff; helpfull professional and fast. Rooms tidy, modern and in good condition. Location by the park, tram connection to the Hotel door, walking distance to the centrum, shopping mall close by, views to the Alps. Breakfast excellent and also the food within Hotel.

Clean and comfortable room. About a 10-15 minute walk from the old city and about 5-7 minutes walk from the train station. Across the street from a park that leads to cycling and walking trails. Very good breakfast. Very quiet. I would stay here again.

No air conditioning - a problem in the middle of summer.

Comfortable beds, decent space available in room (for a European hotel) and good breakfast. Very good value for money at this hotel. Location isn't perfect but very short walking distance to old town.

location was not 500m from railway station as mentioned. Directions were not well given so took time to locate hotel which was a very long & tiring walk with suitcases as we thought the hotel was close-by. On the return when we took a bus we realized it was 3 stops to the station. This hotel did not feel like a 4star as mentioned.

Nice hotel in centre of Innsbruck, free tea and coffee for guests in the foyer which is nice, extensive breakfast and very tasty, good price for this expensive city. Parking in their car park is 10 euros extra, however, the entrance and indeed the car park itself is a liitle narrow to negociate, especially if you have a large vehicle ( ours being a bmw 6 series) so be warned. This hotel is rated 4 * so suprised to see no air con or mini bar??? Overall would recommend this hotel, good price ( we paid £99 inc private parking) its well served by the tram system or you can walk into the old town in 10 mins.

Perfect location, not too far from the Train Station, but far enough to be quiet. A beautiful big park right opposite of the hotel.

Breakfast was a bit basic, but all the rest was fine, can't say that did not like something specific.

Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast buffet was nice. Friendly staff.

The bottle of water that was on the desk on our arrival was not cold and still cost 3.80 euro. This is a mini-bar price, even though there was no mini-bar/fridge in the room. The vending machine outside our room did not seem very fitting for a 4 star hotel. The staff at the reception did not know which bus to take to the airport from the hotel, we had to figure this out ourselves. I asked the staff if a certain hiking trail was safe, and she said it was fine, but it turned out to be a very steep and dangerous path. Friendly staff, but don't rely too much on their advice!

Restaurant owners were courteous and served excellent food. The free breakfast was better than most and served everything you would want, including do-it-yourself fresh squeezed orange juice!
