The room was clean and comfortable and was a nice size- The on-suite bathroom was also a good size, and was clean and tidey. The staff were friendly, professional and helpful. The breakfast had a great selection, and there was a good selection of items that could be ordered to be cooked fresh. The hotel had a smoking area, which I find unacceptable in todays society.

The breakfast was quite good. The room rate was good for a family of four. The beds were quite hard and the overall quality of the rooms was average.

We travelled as a party of 4. Two adults and two older teenagers. The rooms are spacious with a connecting door, we loved the fact that we had our own space and bathrooms. Breakfast was generous with a large selection. The owners also run the Bistro/resturant on the same premises, the food is wholesome with a good variety. Decent wine list too. The staff were very knowledgeable and helpfull. I would highly recommend this hotel to groups travellers. We hope to return one day. No tea/coffee making facilties in room. Poor lighting in rooms. Decor a little tired.

Comfortable, clean, nice decor and friendly. Nice breakfast and long breakfast hours. The shower was not huge, but good (water pressure). The room was not huge, but not as small as I was expecting (we had a double). Helpful staff that could communicate okay in English. I had asked if my sister could join us for breakfast (being willing to pay something). The staff said "don't worry about it". Then when checking out realized "don't worry about it" in Tirolian means we're charging you 20 euros for your sister to have some toast and cereal. Other than cnn there are no tv channels or movies in English. (Maybe not the hotel's fault) It would be nice to have at least a pay per view available for some movies in English (stayed for 8 days). The technology should be there!

Nice hotel with good facilities and comfortable rooms. Quite close to railway station and opposite a park. Good restaurants and shops nearby. Helpful staff and 24 hour reception.

Bathtub! Ceiling fan! Super friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.The hotel is very convenient to seeing Innsbruck, and I would definitely stay there again! When we used the shower, it flooded the bathroom.

We relocated from another hotel that we were not happy with, and I chose the Hotel Leipziger Hof because of its' location and becuase it is a Best Western hotel... A hotel chain with a great reputation in Europe. We had reserved a triple room for the three of us (my husband, college age son and myself) and they gave us a comfortable two room suite for the same price. The hotel is located across the street from a large park which is great for walking or jogging. The hotel restaurant serves excellent food..we ate dinner there one night. The room rate also includes an excellent breakfast. They have off street parking for only 10 euros a night. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location and friendliness of staff was fantastic. Very clean hotel and a good variety of breakfast options. There was a bar area in reception that was closed. That was a little disappointing.
