room arrangement (connecting rooms) for family are exceptional. located right next to park is very nice although is about 1 mile away to old town it's a little bit distance to the old town although it's really close to train station |

The BW chain always provides standard conditions which is great when you are for the first time in a city. You always have standard breakfast you can eat, good clean place you can sleep, and even the place to relax. I would say that this is not a four-stars hotel, looks more like a three-stars. |

The receptionist was very afficiant. The room was nice, comfortable suited our needs. The breakfast was a little bit expencive. That I had to pay for the parking of the car, it should be part of service given by the Hotel |

Staff is absolutely wonderful! The rooms are comfortable and squeaky clean! The breakfast buffet is very good! Great value for the money.Within easy walking distance to downtown. Wireless Internet did not work at all times. It would have been great to have real Orange Juice at the breakfast buffet. |

Nothing really stands out as remarkable. The room was small, but clean, with a nice view facing the park. Adequate in-house restaurant. No ventilation in bathroom/toilet. Parking in courtyard was charged extra, even though there would have been plenty public space right outside the hotel. Wobbly internet connection. |

Asked for quiet room, but had a very noisy room (street with loud traffic). Changed to backside where it was OK. Beds in first room too tiny (1.9 m) for average-sized Dutch. In second room beds just large enough (2 m). The positioning of the small beds in the room (head to foot/a bed at each wall) gave the impression of a hostel rather than a 4-star hotel. |

Warm comfortable room, friendly staff. Near to Olympic park and a short walk into the old town. I would have liked tea and coffee making facilities in the room. However free tea/coffee was available from the main reception. |

My friend, on holiday from Australia, and myself enjoyed our stay in your hotel, we found the bedroom and bathroom very spacious and everything was in exellent and very clean condition. Also of course, the beautiful mountains that we could see from our windows, were magnificent! The breakfast was quite good. |

Very nice, clean hotel. Staff were all very friendly and helpful but professional. It was like we knew them personally!! Amazing 6 course meal New Year's Eve. Very convenient location. Good for car parking. In our opinion it is the people that work there make it so. Will return the next time we are in Innsbruck it is a really good value for money place to stay |
