Confort, propreté, silence (sur cour) amabilité du personnel. Bon buffet au petit déjeuner. Les lits à l'allemande et une couette trop chaude. Lorsque j'en ai fait part à la directrice, Madame Perger, elle m'a dit que j'aurais dû lui en parler plus tôt. Elle m'aurait fait mettre des couvertures plus légères. |

Hotel staff was friendly and gave us nice information. There was no coffee or tea in the room. According to the hotel guide in the room, we could drink free coffee or tea in hotel lounge anytime. But it meant only for self service. We had to pay for coffee finally. Hotel should inform us more detail clearly. |

Pleasant staff and surroundings. Generally very happy. A dirty towel was hung on the back of the bathroom door! Not significant enough to complain about though... |

The payment of the room was charged ahead in the credit card in the day I made the reservation and not in the day of the stay! |

Quite location The hotel does not automatically supply tea and coffee for your room but do so on request. This includes the kettle and cups. Milk is a problem as although tea bags etc are left out in reception milk never is. The small cartons ran out after the first day!! |
