フロントの若い男性が大変親切でした。部屋、浴室とも広く、自分のPCでインターネットが使え、朝食もとて- も豪華でした。 あまりありませんが、強いてあげれば、駅裏であること、レストランが使えなかったこと、冷蔵庫がないことぐ- らいでしょうか。 |

The hotel staff were all very helpful.The room was very comfortable well furnished and clean.The breakfast offered a good choice in nice surroundings.All in All a very nice well appointed hotel in the centre of the city with car parking.We will revisit. |

The room was verry hot and tempature not adjustable. the room was noise because of the tram that goes by. The restaurant was not open on sunday. The room was not ready in time, we got a cop of koffie but hat to pay when we left. We left a day early but hat to pay full price. |

Hotel staff was friendly and gave us nice information. There was no coffee or tea in the room. According to the hotel guide in the room, we could drink free coffee or tea in hotel lounge anytime. But it meant only for self service. We had to pay for coffee finally. Hotel should inform us more detail clearly. |

Bei einem Anruf vor dem dortigen Aufenthalt hat mir ein Mitarbeiter die Buchung über booking.com empfohlen, weil dort der bessere Preis zu erreichen sei. Wir wurden drei Mal vor der offiziellen Räumungszeit des Zimmers von einem Mitarbeiter des Hotels oder einer Wäscherei gestört. Zwei Mal schliefen wir noch bzw. wieder, einmal waren wir gerade beim Anziehen. |

Der Gesamteindruck des Hotels : Gemütliches Ambiente, Freundlicher Service, Frühstücksraum und Büffet einladend und ausreichend bestückt. Auf den Wunsch einer späteren Abreise wurde nicht näher eingegangen, obwohl das Hotel nur zum Teil besetzt war. |

Su desayuno es muy variado y los salones donde se toma son preciosos. El personal de recepción es amabilísimo y muy servicial. Y los colchones no son tan duros como en el resto de hoteles que estuvimos en Austria, se puede dormir bien en ellos. Las vistas a las montañas desde la habitación son espectaculares. Para ir al centro histórico, aunque está muy cerca (15 min andando), hay que pasar cerca de la estación de tren, y es una zona que no creo sea muy agradable de noche tarde. |

Die Lage ist für ein Stadthotel recht gut.Die Freundlichkeit der MitarbeiterInnen ist sehr gut. Essen im Restaurant ist sehr gut. Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist in Ordnung die Größe der Zimmer und die Ausstattung ist doch recht begrenzt |
