입구 분위기는 단체관광객용 호텔로 저렴한 분위기지만 룸 내부는 깔끔하고 널찍했어요 주차장도 좁긴 하지만 공짜구요.. 아침도 빵도 괜찮고 전체적으로 가격대비 만족이에요

무선 인터넷은 잘잡히긴 하는데 속도가 안나는건지 도대체 쓸수가 없었어요

비엔나 링과는 거리가 좀 있어서 도보이동하기에는 무리가 있으나 리모델링 된 건물에 내부가 깔끔하고 좋았습니다.시내에서 메트로를타면 역이 근처에 있어서 역에서 도보로 십분정도면 이동가능합니다.

주차장이 호텔규모에 비해 적은것이 조금아쉽습니다. 가까이 spar가있어서 좋은데 일찍 문을 닫네요~호텔와이파이는 접속이 너무 느려서 하기 힘드네요

역에서 위치도 가까웠고, 무엇보다 호텔주변에 마트도 있고 패스트푸드점도 있고 트램정거장도 바로앞이라 좋았어요~ 또 객실이 생각보다 넓고 깨끗하고, 진짜 너무 좋았던건 조식이 최고로 풍부하고 잘 나왔어요!!!!

단체 투숙객이 많아 아침 식사 시간에 좀 혼잡함.

가격대비해서 말끔하고 욕실 시설 좋고 조용합니다.. 말그대로 가격대비로요..

객실을 청소를 자주 안하는 것 같아요.. 과자부스러기 과일부스러기가 있어서 대략 난감... 이 호텔을 이용하는 사람이 많은 듯... 항상 리셉션과 식당에 사람들로 북적북적.. 그리고 비엔나 중심지부터 너무 멀어요.. 여행자에겐 지리적으로 치명적입니다.. 비엔나서역에서 전철로 꽤나 와야 합니다.

깨끗하고 청결합니다. 직원 친절이나 다른 투숙객의 수준이 높지는 않지만 가격대비 만족합니다.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast buffet, polite and smiling personnel, free spacious parking , pet friendly, located in a good spot, near public transportation for a 10' ride to city center.

Wifi signal not strong enough to operate in our room.

Old painted walls. Poor facilities. Not cheap enough. But Wien is an expensive town...!

Good Breakfast, very clean rooms, convenient location tram stop just 10 m from hotel and metro is about 300 m which can take you to center in 10 mins. Parking is free and inside the hotel premises.

Wifi was very very slow, the password use to expire every day.

Even though it was pretty basic (NO fridge, WiFi etc.), the room was clean. The breakfast was fantastic. After noiseful sleepless nights, large amounts of hams, cheese, eggs, corn flakes, pancakes with Nutella, coffees, juices etc. could bring smiles back on your faces.

Although Lenas Donau Hotel is only 5 Underground stations away from Stephansplatz, it is anything but quiet or well-located. It overlooks a big crossroads that is full of traffic, even during the night. And if you somehow manage to ignore the traffic noise and by some miracle fall asleep, don't raise your hopes up to high - around half past 6 the cleaning ladies start their shifts and produce unexplainable rumbling noise in the hallways with their carts. The building itself is totally ruined and uncared for. From the outside it looks like an abandoned warehouse. It does not offer WiFi Internet at all, even though they say it does - it doesn't work even in the lobby. It is important to emphasize that during our stay the entire hotel was out of water for one whole day, without any logical explanation, let alone being pre-informed about the forthcoming problem by the staff.

The proximity of its location to where I had to go.

No AC. Wi-fi signal very poor. Bed not so comfotable. Entrance got steps not comfortable if you have heavy luggage.

excellent location, with U-bahn You can go everywhere in Vienna, very good but for short term stay, close to shopping, city center

They should make some renovation of the building and interiors, TV is very old in the room, internet veeery poor (disconecting), during the breakfast smoke is getting out of the smoke room

It could be more parking places!

Free parking. In front of the Hotel is a stop for Bus No93a, direction Kargan 2min ride and from there it is a 10min metro ride to the center. Breakfast.

Problems with WiFi. Poor connection. The rooms facing the street are noisy.

Location is right by the Danube, with a nice path for an early morning run. Views on one side of the hotel over the river. Rooms clean and comfortable. Windows open fully wide, which I like.

Busy main road on one side of hotel. It looks run down and dirty from the outside and not that well looked after inside either.

internet service is very bad, always lose the connection in the hotel, and its very slow connection.

Good location of the hote. Very good rooms compared with the rate Breakfast is really very good. All are items are plenty, and very cordial and friendly waiters and staff. If I get any more chance to visit Vienna, I will stay in Lenas Donau only. I wish all the best to the management for managing excellent. I will always recommend this hotel to others.

Drinking water not provided in room

the hotel is convenient to stay during your visit in vienna. Maybe a bit far from the city centre but by metro is no problem. The metro station"alte Donau" is 10 minutes pleasent walk from the hotel, and the city centre is 10 minutes ride by tube. The rooms, facing the street can be noisy, but i got a doubble room, overlooking the danube and it was absolutely quiet with a nice wiew. My room was big and spottlessly clean. It was strange, that the shower wasnt in the bathroom, but in the room. It didnt disturbe me, since i was alone. The breakfast was ok, coffee is fine. Regarding Vienna, the price was resonable, 40 euro/night. The stuff is kind in a certain way, but, since i didnt have any problem, i didnt have any contact with them. Recommanded.

There wasnt a hair dryer in the bathroom, but it wasnt a problem for me.

Too noisy on the ground floor, because you can hear people, drinking and talking in the lobby at night. Don't be agree to stay on the ground floor!
