lift system not very clean,mens toilets by breakfast room/bar ,very bad smell of urine and in this day andf age NO free wifi is very bad !!!!

The location is very good if you don't want to be in the middle of the city, 50 meters from the bigest shopping street through which you can walk to get to the center, and very close to subway (about 200meters). Cozy

I got everything I expected. A good discount. Very friendly staff. A new, clean, quiet, nicely furnished room. Good location.

I did not like the sairs between the elevator and my room as my suitcase was rather heavy but luckily there were very few steps and a nice stranger to help. Let all the problems in life be like this one;)))

Polite and helpfull reception and staff. Location, very close to city center, main train station and underground station is very close. Lots of shops around to buy all you need. Really good breakfasts.

There is no free wi-fi in hotel. I think that management should review this. Free wi-fi is a standart even for small hotels in Greece and Russia. 8 euros for 24 hours wi-fi little bit strange.

For drivers the hotel has its own parking garage at the basement so it was very convenient. We also liked its affordability and location. It was also refreshing to get English news channels on tv here as the other hotels that we'd stayed in in Austria had non-English channels.

The room was small, and we barely had enough space for to leave two pieces of luggage open. Water leaked out of the shower area despite the glass door being fully shut, causing a puddle right outside the shower door.

Hotel is on perfect location, one minut from metro station, from where you can reach every part of city in 15 minutes max. Very clean and modern, definetly my recommendation.

It wasn't exactly at the city center but very close to the westbahnof metro station.

it wasn't clean :( for a new four star hotel I would expect more, the towels were not really white and it was poor quality and there were hair on the floor. yuck!

We enjoyed the hotel and the city very much. The staff spent extra time with us explaining the map and underground.

Location of the hotel is very convinient. It is located at a connection center of metro, bus, tram and train. It is clean and its price is reasonable.

Having to change rooms, lack of maintenance, and an unpleasant checkout... No apologies for change rooms late at night due to faulty plumbing

This is a new hotel very close to Wien Westbahnhof station, isn't particularly expensive but has decent modern rooms.

Internet in rooms should be free these days.

GREAT HOTEL LOCATION

its 4 star hotel which doesn what it says, however avoid standard rooms (tiny, more like 2 star rooms), but if you stay in business thats fine. great internet facilities downstairs (free) , but in your room you have to pay 9 euros for 24h wifi. outrageous in my view , since most caffes in vienna have it for free. the guy at the reception names Csabo was excellent help, after i complained that the room is too tiny for a 4 star hotel, he switched me to business.
