A localização, muito boa, e a atenção da responsavel pelo hotel foi ótima... não tinha banheiro privativo, embora a classificação fosse de tres estrelas, quando da reserva, não percebi que não tinha banheiro privativo, pode ter sido falta de atenção minha, mas acho que isso tem que ficar bem claro no site.... |

Friendliness and helpfulness of owner, great location, big room for the price paid, free wifi in the room, nice breakfast The walls are quite thin so you can hear people talk in the corridor or tv... But luckily guests were quiet when I stayed. Also if coming in the summer, be aware that there is no ac... And it can be warm in Vienna |

Is was excellent located, easy to get from the train station, very good breakfast. The furniture was very shabby, and we went in 30 december. In the night the heat was turn off, and we are freeazing in the room. Also from the windowos you are feeling the cold air from outside. |

It was a really great place being central, clean and with a good breakfast. It seemed in expensive compared to other cities but was pretty much the cheapest in Vienna. |

Staff was friendly, allowed us to leave our luggage when we arrived too early and our room was not ready. Also set out breakfast early as we had an early morning flight There was absolutely no hot water for the morning shower at 6am. Also we needed to check out at 7am as we had informed them the day before but there was no one at the desk and we had to leave a note and the key telling them just to charge my credit card. |

The location was very convenient for sightseeing while in Vienna. It was also a very good value for the money. The heat did not seem to be working and by the time we had realized this, the hotel staff had gone home for the day. |

Central location was excellent. Breakfast was very good, particularly the coffee and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Rooms were pleasant and good value for money. Rooms had their own showers. Star rating was accurate |
