Only location and view from the room on the last floor when we moved from smoking room which reception girl gave use at night when we was arrive and was too tired to ask change smth.

Smoking room which I`ve recive after ansvering on the girl-reception question that I need non-smoking!!! Staff not polite, sleazy, with dirt under fingernails, messy hair, rude, very dirty everywhere, towels, bad, too big prices for evrth - breakfast, internet, room rate. I wll never stay in this hotel anymore

The hotel staff was friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. The bed was very comfortable. The location was also good.

The hotel has limited staff at the reception. Be ready to wait minimum 15 min.

Nice staff, clean large rooms, nice bar in lobby. Great location near to my favorite ribs in Salmbrau, and 10 minutes to walk to the downtown.

No personal hotel's rate at the underground parking - 25Euro per day is too high comparing to personal hotels' rates at others. No free wifi in lobby. 3E per hour is too much as well.

I could say- good and plenty breakfast, but if it was included in the room rate, not for additional € 20. Very expensive for such level, and hotel level at all. Small rooms, with "nothing special" decoration, uncomfortable bathroom . Sink right in the room and two separete cabins as toilet, and shower. Rooms rates are not so low, but everything charged for additional cost: paid Internet, breakfast as mentioned above, parking, E.C.T. More over, they charged my credit card with additional € 50 per night (over total stay cost), like deposit (no ideas what for...), as they explained later.

One of the best Hotels I have stayed at. The Spa on the 7th floor is incredible. You can sit in a wet or dry sauna and then lie out on the balcony overlooking the city/ Belvedere.

Although the food at the bar is decent enough for a late dinner, the food at the restaurant is not that great. The serving are small and not very flavorful. We did not order the breakfast, but I imagine you would be better off spending the 20 Euros per person at one of the million restaurants in Vien

Stayed 3 night, good location, tram right across the road. Really great room, huge and quiet. Staff were very very helpful and super friendly. Really looking forward to staying with this hotel chain on my next weekend away.

Internet is not fo free in the room, parking place for the guests is not for free. Reception management is not so good - often a long line of guests at the reception and the staff doesn't care so much (to come to the desk from the rest room and to improve the situation). As well, I was unpleasant surprised with one contact (during our check-out) with an arrogant young man at the reception. I was surprised so as normally the service in Austria (treatment with the people, tourists) is perfect.

отель очень сильно ухудшился (на май 2013) по сравнению с моим предыдущим приездом (август 2012). вся гостиница стала грязнее, бежевые ковровые дорожки почернели, номера подзатаскались (пришлось даже один поменять, т.к. в нем было некомфортно и грязновато). на сегодняшний день цена завышена по отношению к качеству предоставляемых услуг. дорогой подземный паркинг (25е в сутки); дорогой интернет (9,90е за 24 часа или 3е в час!). на следующий приезд в вену буду искать другой отель!

הנקיון היה טוב, יחס הצוות משתדל לעזור. כל פנייה אליהם נענתה מיידית.

המלון רשום כארבעה כוכבים. זה רחוק מאד מהמציאות. הרבה תקלות, חדר קטן ממה שנראה בתמונות. ארון שלא מתאים לשהייה של שבוע. מקום למזוודה אחת בלבד, לכן לא מתאים לזוג. פעמים רבות נאלצנו לקרוא לטכנאי של המלון לתקן תקלות, ביניהם: ברז בית השימוש התקלקל, המזגן לא עבד, דלת הכניסה לחדר היה פרוץ כלומר הדלת לא נסגרה הרמטית לאחר סגירתה וכל אחד יכול היה להכנס. הדבר נתגלה במקרה לאחר שניסינו לפתוח בלי כרטיס המפתח והדלת נפתחה. רק לאחר שהגיע טכנאי זה הסתדר. ובנוסף גם הטלביזיה לא עבדה תקין.

das WC im Zimmer war nicht unbedingt sauber und es war ein bisschen Staub im Zimmer.

Хорошее месторасположение и завтраки.

Поселили в номере для курящих, хотя просили для не курящих, на первом этаже. Номера маленькие, система кондиционирования не очень. Не ухоженная и не приветливая женщина на ресепшион. Была проблема с блокировкой суммы на карте и ее списанием.

Очень близко к центру, в 2 минутах ходьбы - замок Бельведер, в 5 минутах - Венская опера, отличный завтрак, рядом парк, можно побегать утром

Дизайн номера- раковина для умывания почти не отделена от спальни, сразу в комнату выход из душаи туалета, как- то не очень удобно, пыль на панелях кровати, деревянныхполочках - видно, что горничные убирают весьма поверхностно
