La camera aveva odore di fumo... cosa molto fastidiosa anche per un fumatore. Magari nella prenotazione inserite nelle note camera non fumatori. |

i expected to have access to sona and jackosy, but it did not work.the hotel was classed as a 2stars hotel not 4stars. every thing was bad. they expected us to pay for interent after that huge charge for room. |

The room was fine and the staff helpful when asked for information about getting around, but not obviously friendly or welcoming. It was very hot in the room and there was only the fan on the ceiling. It wasn't possible to open the window because of the noise from the motorway nearby. The view was of office buildings close by. |

Unfortunately, I stayed there for only one night, was passing through Austria on my way to France. I said unfortunately, because I liked it very much, and I would have stayed a few days more if my plan wasn't already made. Especially I liked the breakfast, very rich, and the stuff was very pleasant. I will surely return there in the near future. |

Staff was friendly anf helpful. We came with two toddlers and was able to direct us to the nearest park. Very fancy for the price when comparing other hotels. Was a little out of town but the view of the river was spectacular. |

Very well positioned by the Danube, I had a beautiful view from our room. There is a 20 minute walk to the centre, by day its fine, during night time a bit dserted area, no restaurants near by, but still we enjoyed the hotel itself. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from hotel at least. |

Die ruhige Lage. Frühstück war von der Qualität eher mäßig, obschon prinzipiell die Auswahl ausreichend war. In der Bar konnte man sich ab ca. 21.00 Uhr mangels Platzangebot nicht aufhalten. Andererseits waren die verfügbaren Plätze für das Frühstück eingedeckt. Allgemein macht das Hotel einen abgenutzen Eindruck., |

Der Blick auf den Fluss ist sehr schön. Die Zimmer sind merkwürdig geschnitten, aber gemütlich. Das Hotel liegt in einer uncharmanten Gegend. Ausserdem war es nicht schön, dass der Saunabereich nicht benutzbar war. |

Die Aussicht aus dem Fester war bei Zimmerlage nach hinten über den Hafen gut. Lage zu weit abseits von der Stadt - Internet/Frühstück kostet extra - insgesamt schlechtes Preis Leistungsverhältnis. |

dass wir das open-air gelände zu fuß gut erreichen konnten-die dame im restaurant-service dame .personal an der rezeption,nicht echt freundlich-,man kommt mit 3 koffern/taschen aus der tiefgarage,kein gepäckwagen-niemand hilft-langer gang -am samstag nach einem open air von hubert,möchte man noch nach genießen -die bar wird um 24.00 geschlossen-die city ist dann zu weit,man hat wohl vergessen linz ist kultur hauptstadt und möchte feiern- |

Freundlichkeit des Personals im Restaurant: dass es kein dunkles Bier ('außer Weißbier) gab hat mich in solch einem Hotel erstaunt!!Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. das Zimmer als Nichtraucherzimmer roch nach Rauch; die Freundlichkeit am desk während des Tages ist verbesserungswürdig, wenig zuvorkommend und liebenswürdig. Hilfestellung zu Fragen nach dem Weg zur Stadt nur auf Nachfrage. Auf dem Gang zu unserem Hotelzimmer fanden wir vor einer Zimmertüre eines Gastes ein Essenstablett mit schmutzigem Geschirr, daß von 17.00 Uhr abends an auch noch so schmutzig am nächsten Morgen um 10.00 Uhr vor der Zimmertüre stand. |
