vriendelijk personeel, goede keuken ligging "aan de Donau" maar die is daar slechts een kanaal achter een strakke hoge dijk, dus totaal niet mooi of romantisch |

Goeie locatie aan de oever van de Donau en vlakbij een autosnelweg oprit. Goed restaurant, uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet, vriendelijk personeel, en parkeergarage. Geen airco op de kamer. |

nette goede service van vriendelijk personeel. Ontbijt is niet verplicht (duur maar uitgebreid), diner is erg goed (wel prijzig) en er is veel ruimte voor ontspanning. Fietsen worden gratis (tegen borg) verstrekt en zijn best redelijk (versnellingen doch terugtraprem) om langs de Donau te fietsen (en Linz zelf mee te verkennen) We konden gratis (in de wijk op 200meter) parkeren. Goede uitvalswegen helaas hadden we geen bad op de kamer. Pas vanaf 15:00 inchecken. Sauna gaat pas om 16:00 open. |

Staff was friendly anf helpful. We came with two toddlers and was able to direct us to the nearest park. Very fancy for the price when comparing other hotels. Was a little out of town but the view of the river was spectacular. |

Very well positioned by the Danube, I had a beautiful view from our room. There is a 20 minute walk to the centre, by day its fine, during night time a bit dserted area, no restaurants near by, but still we enjoyed the hotel itself. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from hotel at least. |

view on Danube river during our overnight stay some other visitors were having am meeting in the middle of the night, disturbing our sleep. Although out of the town centre, parking was not included in the price, an additional 10 Euro parking Fee per night applies. |

The room was excellent. Only it was not with a view on riverside. Hotel position is excellent too. It is just outside of the city center but still very close to it. You can reach Lentos Museum in 15 minutes by foot with pleasent walk by the river. I didn't like the hotel extra price for the parking. |

the comfort the quantities in the plates are not enough and the price for them is too high . Some of restaurant staff are not very pleasant . |

Superb breakfast choice Tea & coffee making facilities in the room would be a great addition. Access to the hotel is v confusing, fortunately we arrived when it was still daylight. The hotel surroundings are a bit bleak. |

Hotel staff made the difference: arrived late at night after long journey, restaurant already closed, but Chef accepted to stay 30 minute longer to cook for us a dinner, I was impressed! I manage to loose my car key in the Hotel garage at night, and next morning I was able to pick it up at reception, very honest staff! Confortable bed. The closing time of the outlet & the noise in the room from the fan. I know Steigenberger Hotels and I was surprice by the lower standard of the building: needs renovation. |
