Liv´In Serviced Apartments

Apartment is modern, well furnished and all nicely designed. There is everything that traveler needs, apart form ironing desk. Room service is very attentive and do really god job while cleaning apartment twice a week. The restaurant is another nice feature of this hotel with tasty and interesting courses of fusion kitchen being avialable even very late (till 11:00 PM). Breakfast is also providing a lot of choice and is worth trying.

Reception personel of the hotel is unflexible, reluctant to provide solution to any kind of non-stnadard situation or clinet's request and hardly responding to client's needs (in some cases being simply rude). A hot-spot interet access has very weak signal and dissapers completly on a regular basis.

Apartment is well equipped with everything necessary for a family.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable, furnished in a simple and modern style. The location is very good, and very close to U-bahn. It is perfect for one or two persons on a business trip or visiting the city. Value for money is excellent.

The selection of TV channels is rather poor for a non-German speaker. I understand German so I got by, but I would have appreciated some Sky channels, or at least Eurosport in English. I would have also been delighted by a proper kitchen knife (for bread and anything harder than butter), one or two kitchen towels or a roll of paper, a dish washing liquid, and please do something about your pillows - the bed is excellent, and the linen, but the pillows are so soft that they turn into nothing and both my Mom and me ended up with stiff necks and headaches.

The apartment was very nice and value for money and very clean.

The staff was not efficient at all.

Nobody disturbed me without reason. Clean rooms and good facilities. Good beds and the natural light in the room it was fine.

Every morning at 07:00 some workers started to work making alot of noise, they were reparing something in the internal yard of the hotel...I don't know what.

The apartment was spacious and well designed, with a wide array of amenities for the guests. The separate entrance gives one a feeling of privacy.

It should be clearly noted at the entrace of the flats, as well as during the on-line booking that the address of the reception is different than that of the flats. The precise address should be provided.

I recomand this hotel with all my heart. Great value for money and situated very centrally in Viena close to all of the most important attractions.

The apartment was very clean, quiet, with new, modern and comfortable furniture. The location was good, near the metro and tram station (Westbanhof). From the airport you can take the bus (Vienna Airport Lines) to go directly there in 35 minutes.

Right near the shopping street, close to the Center, many restaurants and pubs around. Good and comfortable apartment..

Wi-fi is very unstable, there wasn't clining during the whole week.

It is in the center of Vienna, near rail road station, there are appliances, so that one can prepare a meal, it is quite clean

I did not like the door to the bathroom that was horribly squeking and waking us up at night. There were almost no hooks in the the bathroom to hang and dry up towels, although a tag invited to be environmentally friendly

The appartment was fantastic. Big with lot´s of special parts in it. The offers of hotel was also good. Price and appartment was amazing.

The trsh-can was full as we arrived. It wasn´t clean from customers who lived there before, even after I pleased the Hotel-Service to make sure it will empty it. It took 3 days till they empty it.
