it did not state the cost of the cleanning fee, i did only know the charge when i check out.

good accommodation, excellent for families with children, quiet, hotel staff very helpful, very careful cleaning service to customers, can be served with everything you want. ok internet, TV with CD built, so you can take movies with you if you stay longer in the room. Excellent beds and bedding good kitchen with electric stove accessories

Parking is expensive if you stay longer, taking into account the fact that if you use the car in the city and there must be other money for parking did not liked the apartment carpet, old and worn and may should eventually repaint the walls

Outrageous "final cleaning" charge when the room was hardly used, fresh towels and adequate toilet paper had to be continually requested. guest laundry was rarely available because cleaning staff left the completed laundry in the machines unattended. Some front desk staff were nice, but there were a few that made the stay unpleasant.

Clean and quiet apartments (except for the living room carpet, it was quite filthy). I surely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good value stay in Vienna. Close to Westbanhof train&metro station, it's about half and hour walk to the Museum district. The free WiFi is a plus!

The entrance is not through the hotel but around the block, a bit dark at night but a safe place anyway.

Good size room. Reasonable location.

Difficult to find. Check in actually via another hotel (Fleming) at a different address. You could not access either by the address of the hotel given to you. Was told we would be given non-smoking room but room we were given smelt of smoke and had ash tray in it. Finally got another room but that was dusty and air-conditioning put out smokey air. Kitchen is very minimal and poorly equiped so you couldnt really do any cooking. It didnt even have a kettle and when asked, was told that kettles are forbidden in that country (what a load of BS, subsequent hotel gave kettle!!)

отдельный вход не через ресепшн, своя парквока все время занята, но есть рядом Аркотель - 200м. метро рядом, кухня в ресторане - супер!

L'appartamento e' grande, e le pulizie sono state effettuate quotidianamente. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione presso l'albergo e abbiamo sfruttato la cucina per prepararla.

Het ging wat moeilijk van start maar uiteindelijk is het een superverblijf geworden. Ik had een studio gereserveerd, maar toen ik daar aankwam bleek de studio ontoegankelijk, de airco was defect. Geen leugentje, maar echt waar, heb de schade gezien. Het hotelpersoneel was hier niet echt creatief, maar toen ik de general manager kreeg, is het allemaal in orde gekomen. Deze dame verdient een grote pluim. Ze heeft hemel en aarde verzet om het toch naar onze zin te maken. We kregen een verblijf aangeboden in een luxe suite van het Fleming's hotel voor het hele verblijf. Een meevaller, zo mooi en ruim. Ik heb ook terwijl ik daar was de studios gecheckt en die waren basic ingericht, maar heel erg netjes en gezellig. De ligging is heel goed, dicht bij de winkelstraat Mariahilferstrasse en als je die rechtdoor loopt, dan loop je recht het centrum in. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar !

Appartamento molto carino, spazioso e silenzioso, in una zona tranquilla benchè molto vicino alla stazione Westbahnhof (treno,metropolitana,tram) e alla via dei negozi Mariahilfer Stasse. Comodo da raggiungere se venite con l'aereo: c'è un bus ogni mezz'ora proprio fuori l'aeroporto che vi lascia alla Westbahnhof. Consigliato.

Freundliches, mehrsprachiges Personal; gut ausgestatteter Fitnessraum, zentrale Lage mit Parkmöglichkeit in hauseigener Tischgarage, Billa Supermarkt 300 m entfernt, Anbindung zur U-Bahn zu Fuß in 5 MInuten möglich, täglicher Zimmerservice (Reinigung) und frische Handtücher auch auf den Familien-Apartements inbegriffen.

Ausstattung der Selbstversorger-Apartements etwas spärlich und ausbaufähig (Geschirr, Töpfe, Pfannen, Teller, Tassen...).

C ete tres bient lhotel est sympa tous est neuf en plus tres discret c cool et lapartement est netoyer tous les jour et les serviettes changer tous les jour c cool

Juste pour la cuisine faller payer 50€ pour lavoire et ya presque rient comme materielle de cuisine c domage

westbarnhofから歩いてすぐのところにあり、市内観光へ行くにも、空港へ行くにも便利でした。近- 所に朝7時15分から空いているスーパーbillaがあり買い出しも楽だった。

リビングにある少し背の高いカウンター用の椅子が一つしかなかった。デスクにある椅子では低過ぎてつかえな- かった。二人部屋なのだからもう一つ椅子が欲しい。キッチンに包丁が備え付けられているとよかった。
