Great location - near Westbanhof - you can catch a bus or a train to the airport easily. It was clean, the stuff was very helpful. P.S. Dont forget that in Sunday everything is closed :)

Westbahnhof is close to the hotel, and also stations of strassebahn are colse, so that moving everywhere we hoped was very easy. The room I stayed was enough spaceous and confortable. I really feel satisfied also from the cost-benefit point of view.

Location is very good. The price of the room is also good. We were offered a free glass of wine. Very helpfull staff at reception. Very hot heaters.

We had a coffee maker in our room, but there was no coffee, no sugar, no cups. There was no housekeeping on the 2-d day of our stay and we had no shampoo and shower gel left. Free green apples are not eatable (not tasty).

Pillows were the thinnest I've ever seen, about the thickness of a folded T-shirt. Laundry room instructions not available in english.

It was conveniently located.It allowed flexibility in food preparation.

After 24 hours of travel we arrived at 8:30 pm and they had no record of our booking. It was a worrisome 15 minutes. Access to the apartments is inconvenient and isolated. The Internet access,which is a primary reason for going there, was frustrating to get on and had to get a new code daily. It was frustrating.Cleaning fee should be included in the price. And additional $60.00 after three nights is a significant addition to the cost.

En la cama sólo hay un cobertor para cubrirse y se pasa mucho calor o si uno se destapa, frío. Es resto es excelente.

Die Ausstattung, die Lage, das Apartment, der Komfort - von dem her war alles perfekt.

Bei der Abreise haben wir ein Ladegerät vergessen und es hat ewig gedauert bis nach gesehen wurde vom Personal ob es noch dort ist. In der Zeit hätten wir 5x selbst nachsehen können, aber das wurde uns nicht gestattet.

Tudo maravilhoso, preço, atendimento, localização, café da manhã, tudo muito novo e elegante, espaçoso, aconchegante, muito limpo, banheiro e elevador excelentes, o hotel é lindo, as pessoas que lá trabalham muito prestativas e atenciosas apartamentos novos, limpos e aconchegantes e ua localização barbara.

Faltou canal de tv brasileira.

Очень понравилось расположение отеля. Мы с мужем приехали в Вену на поезде, и нам не составило никакого труда найти отель по описанию в ваучере. Большое спасибо персоналу отеля, нас приветливо встретили и сразу поселили в тихие, уютные и просторные аппартаменты, абсолютно изолированные от других гостей отеля.

Немного удивило то, что в аппартаментах не было никакой посуды, кроме двух фужеров. Правда был закрытый на ключ кухонный шкафчик, наверное нужно было обратиться к персоналу, но мы вполне обошлись и без этого.

L'appartamento dove abbiamo soggiornato era molto pulito, accogliente e ben arredato. In oltre era situato in un punto molto comodo per raggiungere la metropolitana, quindi ottimo per visitare la città. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e molto cordiale e disponibile lo staff dell'hotel.

L'unica cosa mancante,era un tavolo e delle sedie per poter mangiare. (Ma ce la siamo cavati, con il tavolino del soggiorno)

The apartment was a decent size. Check is was easy. The hotel had a nice restaurant and bar. They had free washing facilities. The kitchen wasn't to badly stocked with all you need.

The beds, pillows and lounge weren't comfy didn't have a good nights sleep the whole time we were there. the blinds aren't the best let in heaps of light. No oven. the location is a plus and a minus. It's great that its right next to the train station and the main shopping area. but the area is pretty gross! Lots of beggars and dodgy looking people around which can make you feel a little unsafe. We had no problems but I always felt the need to watch my back and surroundings. Plus the entry into the apartments was on a back street.

Aufgrund der ausgezeichneten Lage (nahe Westbahnhof) perfektes öffentl. Verkehrsnetz quasi vor der Haustüre ( U3, U6 sowie eine Vielzahl an Bus und Straßenbahnverbindungen. Weiters befindet sich der Mariahilferstraßen nur wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt. Trotz der Lage direkt am Neubaugürtel konnte kein Verkehrslärm festgestellt werden. Die Angestellten waren überaus Freundlich und die Zimmer waren in einem sehr sauberen und einwandfreien Zustand. Gerne wieder
