Cancellation
If cancelled up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 28 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified up to 10 days before date of arrival, 85 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 12 years are charged 60 % of the room stay per night and person when using existing bedding.
All older children or adults are charged 80 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Pets are allowed. No extra charges.

the staff , the staff , the staff then the style which is so cozy and nice view of the balcony and their amazing breakfast(don't miss their croissant) .they made us feel like home and they were so generous and welcoming and i would come again and again for the same hotel. |

its only near to the city... the employers in the hotel not friendly, they dont know how to deal with custumers, and the rooms are small and not comfortable, ,,, and really I didnt enjoy staying in this hotel. |

i loved the hotel design and layout. It was very modern yet very cosy. The staff were very welcoming and for the 1st time i felt that i was in my house not a hotel. Its perfect for young couples. there was a shortage of staff so you had to look for them sometimes. |

l'accueil est excellent, les installations chaleureuses et agreables (restaurant, bar, spa, piscine, salle playstation...). la propreté des locaux est sans reproches. chambres bien equipées (TV, Internet, Salle de bain confortable et agreable,...). - les chambres standard sont un peu petites pour la gamme de prix et malheureusement on y trouve pas les elements habituels (de confort des hotels 4* (set brosse a dent..) un peu dommage mais pas essentiel. |
