we stayed at this hotel for our ski holiday, the location is good, family rooms are spacious with lots of storage spaces, the hotel has ski storage which is very convenient, good selection of TV channels, breakfast was OK. spa facilities were very poor, there is no swimming pool not even a jacuzzi, with all the people walking around nude it is definitely not a family spa. they advertise as a family hotel but have no actual place for kids of any age to enjoy. At dinner the food was repeated many times in our stay (5 nights), and we sat at the table for more than 3 hours because the service was very slow and poor. the kids menu had no change whatsoever throughout our whole stay.

Vriendelijk en prettig hotel om te verblijven Alles is geregeld, geen stress, is de slogan. Keurig en netjes Mooie kamers met nieuwe techniek en badkamer. niets !!

Wir hatten ein schönes, modern einderichtetes Zimmer mit wunderbarem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Sehr um die Gäste bemühtes Personal, freundliche und hilfsbereite Rezeption.Es gibt eine gute Infrastruktur (Sportgeschäfte, Supermarkt, Schilift) in der Nähe, der Schibus in die größeren Schigebiete hält direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Wellmessbereich könnte noch ein bisschen größer und besser (moderner) ausgebaut sein, eventuell mit Whirlpool etc,...und längere Öffnungszeiten am Abend haben. Wer gern lämger schläft, hat auch Pech, da das Frühstücksbuffet um 10 Uhr vorbei ist...(die guten Sachen sind schon früher weg).

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel. Für eine Nacht haben wir ein schönes Zimmer gekommen. Das Essen war ausgezeichnet. Familie Lohninger hat sich persönlich um die Gäste gekümmert.
