The swimming pool If I knew that our rooms are on the back side and is very basic, I would have preferred a deluxe room on a higher rate. The info about standard room was very poor. Poor facilities (no biliard, dart or tabletennis, etc,,no inhouse thermal bath,), I expected more. Therme Loipersdorf is very industrial, neither the hotel room nor the public thermal bath satisfied our expectations. |

The facilities were top-notch. And, for the two meals we enjoyed (room service dinner and breakfast in the dining room), the food was excellent. Owing to the language barrier (we are English speakers with limited German proficiency), it would have been helpful to have written instructions regarding the use of the sauna facilities. After being shown to a waiting area, we were under the (mis)impression that we had to wait to be told when it was our "turn" to use the saunas. This resulted in wasted time. |

Sauna area, breakfast and the hotel location. Cheap shower curtain, tiny pencil next to the phone, they charged extra for pluging in our notebook for using the internet. I did not had an impression I am in a 4 star superior hotel. |

Sehr guter Wellnessbereich. Das Abendessen hat mich nicht überzeugt. Das Rindfleisch war zäh und der Salat war schlecht gewaschen. |

sehr ruhiges Hotel mit einer nicht grossen, aber sehr sehr angenehmen Wellnesslandschaft. man hat die Saunen und den Pool meist für sich alleine! kein Outdoor-Pool, kein Whirlpool |
