Friendly family-run hotel, comfortable beds, great TV hookup, pretty good restaurant, one of the better breakfast spreads of the 9 hotels we stayed at on this trip, good location. Hotel seemed like it could use a little bit of remodeling. |

Customer service was friendly and helpful. Located really close to train station. Smelt of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel and eating areas, which was a turn off especially when eating breakfast. |

The location was perfect for taking day trips by train to surrounding villages and just a short walk into the historic city center of Linz. As in most of Austria, there is a very small "No Smoking" area in the dining room so it is impossible to avoid smoke. |

Convenient location. Early breakfast. I did not like people smoking in the dining room at breakfast. Nor did I like being kept awake by loud "music" from the dining room on Friday night until well after midnight. |

There is a nice restaurant downstairs of the hotel. The hotel has its own parking. Chiedren of any age stay free of charge. Most part of the restourant is smoking zone and it is fikked with smoke in the evenings. |

Trevligt hotell och bra att de hade en restaurang så att vi kunde äta där en kväll när det hällregnade ute. Väldigt hårda sängar och lite gammalmodiga rum. Uppfattade att det var närmare centrum när vi bokade än vad det var i verkligheten. |

Die sehr ruhige Lage trotz sehr guter City-Anbindung. Super Frühstücksbuffet. Durchweg freundliche Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Das Restaurant im Hotel hatte leider am Wochenende geschlossen. Somit war die Einnahme eines "Absackers" nur durch einen Getränkeautomaten möglich. |

Kostenloser Internetzugang Der Service gerade beim Frühstück war nicht gerade gut. Hier wurden z.B. die Tische nicht abgeräumt. So war hier noch die Teller vom vorigen Gast. |

Alle Zimmer- und Badeinrichtungen sind sehr sauber; ruhige Lage und gleichzeitig Nähe zur Innenstadt. Gute Parkmöglichkeit. Werde gegebenenfalls wieder bei Ihnen anfragen. Fehlende Minibar im Raum. Etwas hellhörig: Klospülungen und Wasserleitungen sind zu hören. |

Der erste Eindruck (von aussen) war nicht überwältigend. Eingepresst in eine Häuserzeile steht das in die Jahre gekommene Haus. Auf der Strasse findet manm kaum Parkplätze aber das Hotel hat eigene Plätze im Hof des Hauses. Das ist auch gut zu finden.Betritt man das Haus, spürt man sofort Charme und Eleganz, nicht nur vergangener Zeiten. Das Personal empfängt einen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Hinterhof (Parkplatz) des Hotels wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas ungepflegt, beeinträchtigt aber nicht wesentlich den sehr guten Gesamteindruck des Hauses. |
