Yes. The hotel was nice, quite comfortable. As the personal is absend after dinner time this is merely a pension. The beds and bed cloth was perfect (the best for us) - very comformable Some facilities require slight renovation with time. |

We lived in apartments, it was very nice, very comfortable, not cheap, but really very comfortable. And close to the center (about 10-15 minutes by walking). In the next time i will take it again. |

A type of apartment, quiet and large. Staffs are kind. A type of apartment, no house-keeping during 4 nights, but final cleaning fee are demanded besides the room charge. |

location, short walk to stephanplatz i stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment. it was very old with cracked floors and old furniture except for the aparently renewed kitchen. and the breakfast is not free if you stay in an apartment, although rooms' occupants get it free!! i later stayed in another apartment just 1 building away from the hotel for half the price. would't come back again. |

The hotel is awarded 4 stars..but it really is a Pension.. 88 € /night for that place is surely not worth it. On the other hand the location is perfect : 2 min walk from Stephansplatz. |

Nice and friendly staff, accommodation was clean.We were also happy that they had wireless internet service so that we could use our laptops. The hotel needs some renovation. The closet door was broken, the bathroom shower holder did not work so it kept falling, the towel holders were not fixed tight so again this kept falling , the ventilator in the bathroom cum toilet was only with hot air so it was probably a heating system in any case it was fixed so high that we could not change it to cold air. |

Мы жили большой семьей в апартаментах на мансарде с большой террасой, камином, кухней и прочими удобствами. В этих апартаментах легко могут поселиться 6 человек. При желании можно уложить еще одного. Есть кроватка для младенцев. Все белоснежное, чистое, красивое. Сам отель-пансион находится в другом крыле здания, поэтому про сам отель сказать ничего не могу. Мы жили абсолютно обособленно, как в собственном доме. Готовили себе омлет на завтрак и жарили рыбу в камине на ужин. Очень довольны. Одна проблема - парковка машины. |

grand calme du lieu, chambre bien insonorisée; charme de l 'immeuble ancien, face à l'église des franciscains ; petit déjeuner continental (inclus) tranquille et copieux; impression générale de confort; situation idéale pour un séjour de découverte touristique de la ville personnel ne possédant pas l'anglais à l'exception d'une j fille(pas tjs présente) ! |

Gute zentrale Lage ganz nahe vom Stefansdom. Sehr ruhig gelegen, da Schlafzimmer nicht zur (auch ruhigen) Strasse sondern zu den Innenhöfen gelegen sind. Sehr geräumig mit 2 Schlaf- und 1 Wohnzimmer. Sauberkeit, also Reinigungszustand (von Schlaf- und Wohnzimmer) bei Anreise war ungenügend (Staub, Brosamen Bisquitreste etc unter Sofas und neben Sessel im Schlafzimmer), Küche und Bad/WC aber sauber. Geschirrwaschmaschine (bei stehendem Wasser und geschlossen) war übelriechend. Dies alles ist umso störender, als hier ja ein Extratarif von 35 Euro für Endreinigung verlangt wird! Personal sehr wortkarg oder sprachlich limitiert. Gesamthaft sicher nicht einem 4-Stern Hotel entsprechend. |

Hotellet låg central och bra i Wien rent och snyggt. Frukosten var fräsch Inga grönsaker på frukostbordet. Vid utcheckning var det tjejen som fixade frukost som checkade ut och. Hon var mycket osäker på hur hon skulle hantera kreditkort och gjorde självklart fel (synd om henne) vi hoppas nu att vi inte blir debiterade förmycket för hotellet. |

La pensione è molto comoda ai servizi ed al famoso 'ring' dello shopping viennese.pur centrale è piuttosto silenziosa. L'appartamento viene consegnato pulito ,ma poi per giorni tutto viene lasciato alle pulizie finali e visti i prezzi,non ci sembra da 4 stelle |

Den centrale beliggenhed. Jeg synes det er fint at man kan leje en lejlighed så tæt på byen. Vi havde to store (voksne) børn med på rejsen. Opgangen i hotellet var rimelig dårlig, men det værste var sengene og sengetøjet - det var usandsynlig dårligt. Hotellet trænger virkelig til en gennemgribende renovering. Vi fik oplyst, at der var opvaskemaskine i vores lejlighed, - det var der ikke. |

Het was een ruim appartement. We zaten erg dicht bij de hoofdstraat. Zo konden we veel dingen op loopafstand bekijken.Onze wc was kapot. Deze werd meteen gemaakt. |
