We were upgraded to the 90 sqm apartment which suited our needs so perfectly that we stayed an extra 3 nights. It was great to have a separate kitchen and toilet within the apartment. Washing machine was also great to have. The location was fantastic!!! We loved being right in the centre of Vienna.

The floors were a bit creaky but you only noticed at night.

what to say.!! ? everything is bad. Start from the out door. you should have a key to inter . Elivator carries only 3 person !!! we are family !!! need to go to appartment twice or use chairs!!!. the door of the apartment is very old . !!! beleive it or not it may be more than 50 years old with a manual bell !!!!! everything in the apartment is very old and crached . Everybody should walk sloley !!! because the building is moving up and down. You will not beleive if I said I can drop the cup from the table even I am far more than 3 meters if I jump three times !!!. I does not recommend any to stay at this hotel !!!.. The price : 240EURO per day is too expensive. it should be 50 EURO. it is written in booking this is a 4 star hotel !!!!!! I gave it less than one star. !!!! Please please check this before reserving in the hotel specially the apartments.!! regards

The location was fantastic and the apartment was comfortable. The staff was helpful. Our washing machine wasn't working the first night and they actually did a load of laundry for us at no charge!

This pension is in a building with offices and private apartments so the entrance is locked. It was not easy initially to identify how to get into the building and where the reception was even if you spoke or read German. Improved signage is warranted.

Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Great location.

Was kind of loud at night when parties whooped it up under our window, but you will get that in most places where people party.

The location is great, the staff friendly and helpful. The building itself is lovely and the rooms large. I would recommend the hotel to both couples and families with older children.

This b&b is all about location, location, location. It's a 3-minute walk away from Stephansplatz. The staff is great and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. Will stay there again.

Ruský penzion ve 3. patře činžáku s běloruskou obsluhou a ukrajinským úklidem. Komfortem trošku horší, cena odpovídá kvalitě.

Nous avons reservé un appartement en pensant que c'était une chambre d'hotel. Il s'agissait en fait d'"un appartement meublé, assez mal équipé, déco affreuse. Très cher également, d'autant qu'il fallait payer le ménage obligatoire 45 euros en fin de journée. L'hotel n'a aucun service d'un 4*.

più che un hotel è un affitacamere.non è assolutamente un 4 stelle.le camere sono spaziose,ma vecchie...la moquette sporca,il pavimento scricchiola,i termosifoni vecchissimi,nel bagno non funziona il riscaldamento.unica nota positiva la posizione
