The location was fantastic and the apartment was comfortable. The staff was helpful. Our washing machine wasn't working the first night and they actually did a load of laundry for us at no charge! This pension is in a building with offices and private apartments so the entrance is locked. It was not easy initially to identify how to get into the building and where the reception was even if you spoke or read German. Improved signage is warranted.

Besonders gefallen hat mir die sehr zentrale Lage und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotelmitarbeiter. Nicht gefallen hat uns der viel zu kleine Frühstücksraum mit zu kleinen Tischen. Für ein Vier-Sterne-Haus hätte ich mir das Frühstück etwas komfortabler gewünscht.

Замечательный русскоговорящий персонал, очень удобные кровати, весьма сытный и вкусный завтрак. В общем, всё - очень понравилось. От центрального собора - 2 мин. неспешным шагом, станция метро в 5 мин. хотьбы. Рядом городской парк. Если поедем в Вену - с удовольствием остановимся в этом отеле ещё раз.

La posizione veramente centrale e vicina alla metropolitana. Stanze ampie luminose e pulite. Colazione molto assortita (anche la Nutella!). Personale dispobile e sempre presente. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Были родители, все понравилось: организация трансферов, наличе русскоговорящего персонала, расположение. Не столько не понравилось, сколько стандартаная для Европы ситуация: завтраки стандартные, европейские.

Очень внимательный персонал, 2 минуты от Собора Святого Штефана, тихо, комфортно, вкусный завтрак и очень чисто, просторные комнаты. Very central located, clean rooms, tasty breakfast, very comfortable, very helpfull, professional and friendly reception .

Außenansicht und Lage. die Beschwerden - ua absolutes Mißverhältnis Preis/Leistung, winziges "Badezimmer" mit höchst betagter Sanitäreinrichtung, am Spätnachmittag kaltes Zimmer (Heizung erst nach Aufforderung wieder angestellt), bescheidenes Frühstück, kein Aufenthaltsraum, etc. wurden bei junger Mitarbeiterin deponiert. Es ist uns unverständlich, wie dieses "Domizil" zu 4 Sternen gekommen ist! Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!

Отличное расположение, центр, основные достопримечательности, магазины, метро в 3 минутах ходьбы. Отель расположен в старом, красивом доме с квартирами и офисами, каждому дают ключи от двери подъезда и от входа на этаж отеля. Бесплатный минибар, бесплатный wifi, чайник в номерах. После check-out можно оставить багаж. Reception круглосуточный. Русскоговорящий персонал, очень доброжелательный.
