i stayed at the 2 bedroom apartment. it was very old with cracked floors and old furniture except for the aparently renewed kitchen. and the breakfast is not free if you stay in an apartment, although rooms' occupants get it free!! i later stayed in another apartment just 1 building away from the hotel for half the price. would't come back again.

Nice and friendly staff, accommodation was clean.We were also happy that they had wireless internet service so that we could use our laptops.

The hotel needs some renovation. The closet door was broken, the bathroom shower holder did not work so it kept falling, the towel holders were not fixed tight so again this kept falling , the ventilator in the bathroom cum toilet was only with hot air so it was probably a heating system in any case it was fixed so high that we could not change it to cold air.

Badly lit dark premises. Had to metal carry keys off premises as desk not 24 hours. No air-con. No free mini-bar, should be included at this price. Dated, scruffy decor. Breakfast only starts at 07:30. Too expensive for what you get.

Very poor staffing on reception. I needed to book a taxi at 18.30 but there was no one on reception to help. I was checking out at 6.30 but there was no one to check me out. Onl that ne of our party was staying until midday we would have had to leave without checking out.....through no fault of ours
