Handtuchservice/ Bademantelservice ist toll - alles reichlich Nachmittagscafe mit Kuchen ist eine sehr nette Idee Das ANgebot eines Familienzimmers ist großartig, 2 Schlafzi und 2 Badezimmer - so kann man als Familie (wir waren 3 Generationen) zusammen und doch mit Privatsphäre Urlaub machen :-) Wir wollten verlängern aber die Silvesternacht selbst ist nur als Package mit einem Abendessen buchbar (Kosten 300 Euro pro Person !!). Der Küchenbereich im Familienzimmer wäre optimal mit - Wasserkocher !! - kleinem Backofen - Fliesen oder Spiegel/Glas an Rückwand der Küchenzeile - Geschirr für mind 4 Personen (wurde aber freundlichst "geliehen") Kuchenbüffet etwas mühsam hinsichtlich der zur Verfügung gestellten Menge an Cafe/Heißwasser/Milch - wird aber dann nachgeliefert Im Familienzimmer sollte man im Zweibettzimmer zumindest eine Kommode aufstellen da die Gäste dort ausser nachttischen keinen Stauraum haben Did you find this review helpful?	9.2
Anonymous Mature couple Austria January 1, 2012	Das Essen und der Service waren sehr gut, auch das Zimmer war sehr groß Das Wasser im Pool war meiner Meinung nach etwas zu kalt, um in den Saunabereich zu kommen muss man über eine Wendeltreppe in den Keller, dort keine Möglichkeit ins Freie zu gehen, D.H. man muss sich wieder anziehen, um in den oberen Wellnessbereich zu kommen (dort ist alles bekleidet) um dann ins Freie zu gehen. Auf dem Weg zum Wellnessbereich ist ein Lüftungsgitter, das gereinigt gehört - ist uns sofort aufgefallen, müsste auch dem Personal auffallen. Der Duschkopf war verkalkt - könnte gereinigt werden. Wir wurden zum Essen in den Bereich wo normal das Kaffee- und Kuchenbuffet aufgebaut ist gesetzt, da war es etwas zu kalt - Wintergarten ohne Heizung Did you find this review helpful?	8.3

Der Wellnessbereich Vor allem in der vorweihnachtlichen Zeit fehlte uns die adventliche Dekoration. Die liebevolle Gestaltung an den Gängen bzw. an leeren Ecken fehlte ebenso. Der Teppichboden am Gang bis zu den Zimmer Nr. 220 waren sehr verschmutzt und machten einen sehr unreinen Eindruck!!! Waren sehr entdäuscht. Dies hätten wir uns in einem 4Sterne Hotel nicht erwartet.
