The staff was wonderfully pleasant and the Hotel was charming. The location was excellent! The room furnishings were a bit worn and the hair dryer was not very functional. |

Friendly staff, lovely building with nice "breakfast" place with the view on the inside court, good taste of the owner regarding the furniture, in my room (334) as well as the sitting local next to the reception and the restaurant. Street noises during the night, police should be called much quickly in case of problems. The ballpoint place on the table was dry and even when I broke it up to draw the attention on this, it was left broken next to the telephone by the chamber-maid |

I chose the hotel for the location. I was perfect for my granddaughter and myself for our agenda. We felt safe walking to the Staatsoper for an evening performance, as well as to Hofburg every day. It also was a short walk to St.Stephan's along Kaertnerstrasse pedestrian zone. So, I can recommed this hotel for any lady in her eighties like myself. Can't think of anything. |

It is rated 4 stars and in fact it should not be more than 2 stars. Very old furniture and carpet (smells very bad), closed room with no light, hair dryer did not work in the bathroom and I was told by the staff to use it out in the room!!!.The room was not clean neither the bathroom, staff is not friendly and very expensive for cheap facility and service. I stayed at Marriott 2 min away for extra few dollars and it is wonderful do not be fooled by cheap deal. |

Centrally located in the shopping district. Convienent access to train stations. Near historical sites and theatres. The lift needs upgrading. Lift did not level up to landing floor on one occasion!!! |

Good location. Acceptable breakfast. 1. Big holes in the sheets in the bed. 2. I asked to have my trousers pressed and got it back with dubbel creases. The worse was that they asked 9 Euros for it! 3. Noisy during night. 4. Four stars? Never, maximum tree! |

The hotel is perfect for a city trip because it is situated in the middle of the city, within walking distance to shops, sights, café´s and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and will come back next time we go to Wienna. It would have been nice if we could have had a coffee or wine in the courtyard in the afternoon. We actually chose this hotel because of the courtyard but we never used it. |

The staff were brilliant and friendly, the view from the room was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the facilities excellent. The bathroom was quite large for a small room, though it was dimly lit. The bed was comfy and the fittings beautiful. And the breakfast was fresh and filling! I enjoyed the hotel thoroughly. The laundry rack in the bath got in the way when taking a shower, and the shower head was a little loose so it kept slipping down. |

The fact that it was central-Kartner Strasse few meters walk from the hotel. The hotel was quite old,the air-conditioning too old-too noisy and ancient-and the furniture too...Breakfast not what we expected to find-for the money we had given. |
