Prijazno osebje, velike prostorne sobe, urejeno in čisto, ter dostop do vseh bistvenih točk v mestu.

Pri zajtrku sem pogrešal več toplih jedi, katerih ni bilo oziroma niso bile servirane in dopolnjene.

That when i was there the elevator didnt work for 2 days and i needit to go 4 floors That the safe in my room didnt work in my room i didnt have a vieuw to the outside!! NOT GOOD

The Staff at the reception desk were very helpful and courteous.We liked the location although late night noise interrupted sleep. The room was comfortable and staff responded to our request for AC. The breakfast was excellent.

The tram system was very difficult to use for visitors.

A perfectly situated small hotel 5 minutes walk from Stephansplatz. It is very convenient for visitors as it is so close to the main attractions. The service is good, the rooms are well serviced, clean and comfortable and the breakfast is excellent. There is also 24hr tea and coffee in the lobby. A real nice relaxing place to stay that is very quiet as there is no traffic.

There are no tea and coffee facilities in the actual room, though you can make it in the lobby and bring it up.

the location and the value for money

the shower was operational, but a refurbishment in this area would be a plus

Outdated furniture, not clean bathroom, never order breakfast in the room, will bring you basic food.

Excellent Location, Super Friendly Staffs, Nice Big Rooms and Good Breakfast to start a nice day. The lobby has got a cozy sitting area and offers 24X07 tea coffee.

The lift is quite small but that really does not matter.

Right at the centre of Vienna, yet relatively quiet. The staff on reception were always helpful with tourist detailed advice. The breakfast buffet provided a good range. While we were there in win ter the courtyard would be a big asset in better weather. The rooms were considerably larger than most more modern hotels.

The soundproofing was poor, and in the mornings maid service made considerable racket! While our room was large our bathroom was very small and in need of some tlc. Better use could have been made of the larger room in giving a specific seating area, with more comfotable chiars/sofa. More, better, firmer pillows.

Not very comfortable, and little bit old hotel and decoration in the rooms for the price you pay as a 4 star luxury hotel.

Our "Superior" room was very big, stylish, beautifully furnished, with very efficient heating (important when you come in February). Breakfast is plentiful and very tasty. The hotel is perfectly located: amazingly quiet despite the central location just a few steps away from the Opera.

Breakfast was excellent, location was excellent, staff was friendly and very professional, the hotel was clean. The room was very warm in cold weather conditions.

The rooms can be more sound proof.

The location was excellent. The breakfast was fine when it comes to a variaty, however coffee was very bad.

We had booked an extra-large bed, however it was a normal size one. The furniture of the room and the entire hotel outdated.
