It is just a few steps away from the inner city nightlife. Staff is friendly. The rooms are tiny. Closet/bathroom have not been cleaned well. Breakfast menu is very basic. Over all it's backpackers - but has not backpackers pricing. |

The location, the efficiency of the rooms. Efficient service without being all the time on top of the guests. No internet access or complimentary internet; small TV failing remote; window courtains. Lobby |

Location is ideal for seeing the city. Good buffet breakfast, friendly staff. It is opposite some bars that are open late so the noise can be an irritation for light sleepers. |

Location was perfect in city centre. Walking distance to meny sights in Vienna. Good services in neigbourhood. Lack of parking facilities for motorists. Problems with payment, demand of cash payment when credit card was offered, no mention of this in booking confirmation. Partly cash and partly credit card payment was finally negotiated. |

The friendly welcome, cleanliness and proximity to major sights. Plenty of restaurants etc nearby. Perfectly located for a city break. Good buffet breakfast. There was some noise in the night from nearby bars but we would stay there again. |

Close to the centre of Vienna. Easy access and failry calm area The elevator is too slow and small. More serious; there is no 'friendly' alternative; stairs. Notausgang was a dark and inhospital way of getting out. With only 3 floors, the hotel ought to make the option with stairs more inviting. City-visitors walk the whole day, and living on the second floor really should not demand that one has to wait for the elevator. |

Walking distance from the city centre, the shopping centre and the area with restaurants, bars, etc. Air conditioned (absolutely necessary with temperatures above 20 C) The rooms are just big enough for a couple; 3rd or more makes things very difficult. The bed was far from comfortable; the matress must have been there since World War II. Poor windows insulation could not keep the noise of an extremely noisy street (even until late at night) out. Poor breakfast too. |
