Cancellation

If cancelled up to 28 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 2 years are charged 10 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

All children from 3 to 5 years are charged 30 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

All children from 6 to 11 years are charged 50 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

All children from 12 to 15 years are charged 70 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.

All children under 2 years are charged 10 % of the room stay per night and person for cots.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

A fixed amount of EUR 150 per room will be charged on the day of booking and is refundable.
