One single light switch only near door for all rooms lights. No power socket available for PC. Internet access. Noisy floor (moving wood under carpet). A bit old styled rooms.

The location is perfect. The stuff is friendly. The room is very simple. You would be ready to see small old TV on the shelf in the corner, desk instead of the table. )))) So the interior is rather ascetic, BUT for that price it is ok.)))) There were no hot dishes on breakfast.

The Hotel is in a good location for visiting the city centre with most of the tourist attractions within walking distance, and a tram stop nearby for getting further afield. The room was large and clean although slightly old fashioned with creaky floorboards. A good large breakfast was available. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location, in the centre of Graz, was excellent for visiting the main attractions of the city. It was for the most part, despite being in the centre of the city, very quiet. The staff were really pleasant and helpful. Only slight reservation was that I found the bed a little uncomfortable at times - but that wouldn't stop me staying there again as in all other respects it is a very nice city centre hotel - and once you are asleep you don't notice it !

Location to the main town and public transport connections We were allocated a room which had access to another room through the bathroom. The occupant in the adjoining room was noisy and also smoked which drifted into our bathroom. They were moved when we mentioned this to reception as the room was non-smoking

The hotel offers a very good value for your money: the room is large and comfortable (although quite basic) and quiet. Breakfast is good and internet is available at a low rate (1€/24-hr). It is located in a pedestrian street and the city centre is just around the corner. A parking garage is 100 m away (discount from hotel). One morning the garbage was collected in the inner yard before 6 am and it was quite noisy for some time

Good sized room. Cot prepared nicely for our baby Noisy pizza restaurant just outside our room. No hairdrier in the room. There was one at reception, but there was no booklet in the room to say so.

location was good, room was big enough. Breakfast was OK There was lots of noise in the night, especially because of the street cafes. Afterwards I realized there had also been a football match between Graz and Vienna.

hotel is just over the river mur from the town centre and is excellent for city transport and a 6 euro taxi trip from the main train station the hotel gets busy for breakfast at the weekends so do not leave it to late for breakfast
