Le rapport qualité/prix et la proximité avec le centre ville de Graz. Un certain manque d'informations sur l'utilisation à prix réduit du parking souterrain proche de l'hôtel. |

petit déjeuner très correcttrès bien situé par rapport au centre historique chambre spacieuse mais rappelant plutôt celle d'un couvent !! mobilier très succint ; je ne me rappelle pas des commentaires |

tres bon accueil ,le receptionniste parlait egalement le français,tres bien situé,calme,à l'entrée de la vieille ville,chambre double spacieuse,petit dejeuner buffet copieux pris dans une grande salle agreable |

situation géographique proche du centre; confort prix élevé pour un voyage familial: obligé de prendre 2 chambres alors qu'un lit aurait pu être ajouté dans la chambre qui contenait déjà 3 lits et était spacieuse. accueil peu aimable. |

Le balcon qui donne sur la forêt et le calme loin de la ville Chambre trop petite et trop encombrée avec des fauteuils et une table de salon inutiles , la télé miniature avec des mannettes de commande très compliquées d'utilisation , le linge de toilette très rêche et 1 seul minuscule morceau de savon. |

Very central in lovely old part of town. Large rooms relatively basic but great value and very comfortable beds. I would have paid a bit extra for a choice of a cooked breakfast |

Practically everything. Very central and convenient for walks in the old downtown, easy access to the main visiting sites, shopping, art gallery, restaurants and clubs. Very confortable and clean, nice continental breackfast, very nice staff. Breackfast nice, but a little monotonous... |

Very good location and friendly staff. Rooms could do with an update and the airport shuttle advertsed turned out to be the airport bus two tram stops away |

It was very well situated near the town centre in a pleasant road. It had large rooms. The room was very basic, and the size would have allowed at least one comfortable chair. The TV was very small, vey high up and very fuzzy. The bathroom was 1960s style and urgently needed upgrading. The light was dingy, the shower very small and the drain in the sink clearly partly blocked. |

hotel location was excellent in the heart of the city center close to all attractions. breakfast was very good & plentiful. room was sparse. bed was broken. room was very sparse. |

We stayed with you in Nov. 2006, so this was a repeat booking. Very clean especially the bathroom and the bed linen. Pleasantly quiet. Having just stayed in an old hotel in Ljubljana, I feel that the guest's bedrooms lack character, as the rooms and furnishings are bland and too modern for an old building. Traditional decor, old furniture including a few inexpensive antiques would improve the atmosphere of the rooms. It would also have been helpful to have had the Internet available. |

excellent location in the city center, good breakfast, nice convienient room .. better direction signs , it was difficult to get there , since is on a pedestrian street , rather high parking prices in the cooperating parking |
