Breakfast very good and hotel is in centre of town
Staff upgraded our room after realizing it would not accommodate a role in bead for our son. Very comfortable and lots of room.
Very good location Great Wardrobe in the Room;-)
Drunk people screaming in the night.
Room was booked with clear request for 3 singles but instead we got a double and a single.
Flee bite, non service minded staff, lousy breakfast.
Location. Large room and bathroom. Helpful staff.
Asked for quiet room but there was a lot of noise at night from restaurant across the road and in the early morning when deliveries were made. Pleasant breakfast room but a bit small when hotel full.
Perfect location. Comfortable rooms. Helpful staff. Breakfast was very good.
Nothing we didn't like.
Great location, short walk to city center. The staff is very helpful. Breakfast is fine
Squeaking floors (although, it gives it a "romantic" note)
The location is excellent to get to the inner city attractions.
People outside our room were talking very loudly at 4:30 in the morning. Also charged 1 euro for wifi. Just give it for free like any other hotel.
Room faced the garbage bins and attracted mosquitos. While checking out a receptionist by the name Gabriele Lackner asked me to pay separate for using the wifi even though when I checked in I asked them to charge it to my card and the check-in receptionist had confirmed that she had done so. When I pointed out the fact Mrs Lackner became aggressive and started yelling. When I pointed out that because of her rude manners they will lose me as a customer she said with an arrogant smirk that she didn't care at all. I have never encountered such a rude hotel employee before. I travel frequently to Graz for business and I will never again stay at Mariahilf because of Gabriele Lackner. I will also recommend all my colleagues who travel there to avoid that hotel as well.
The receptionists were friendly and helpful. Bircher muesli for breakfast.
This is not a complaint, just an observation. The room was very basic and old-fashioned, but it was clean and quite adequete.
room and linen were extramly clean and tidy
mattresses should be of better quality even in least popular room of budget hotel.
Good location and good breakfast buffet
Poor attitude of the manager who refused to accept and change of duration of visit ( reducing of one day on 5 day stay despite the request being made on arrival. Manager promised to discuss this then totally failed to engage or communicate during rest of the stay MY ADVICE... DO NOT book a long stay at this hotel unless you are VERY sure you intend to stay the whole duration of the visit . Instead book a short stay and then extend it on a day by day basis ,,, It may make it awkward fo rthe management but then he will be most customer friendly in future
very central, helpful staff, great breakfast and comfortable bed
Decor was a little old-fashioned; no bath only a shower; slightly noisy if at the front of the hotel.
I have no complaint at all. I found everything by my expectation. The location is ideal to see the best of Graz.
Staff were very good. Breakfast excellent
The room was so hot
Large accomodations, excelent location, nice breakfast included.
The internet wi fi is charged and it´s only possible to conect one device.
Reception desk staffed 24/7 helpful staff
No safe in room No coffee/teamaking in room
There was no soap. All was empty!
Central location, good price.
Location is excellent , went every where on foot. Bkfst very good. Parking very near.also restos. Pubs, stores, tramways, and bridges to inner city safe location. Clean.
Due to a pub infront a bit noisy with open windows. Room as reserved by booking.com extremely small with 2 single beds 1 at each corner of room ( reminds me of youth hostels) so get an upgrade 16eu/N. Penny pinching, 1Eu for this , 3 for that. No face towels, shampoo, ironing (bring ur own). No curtain in shower!! Rm 222 so bathroom floor remains wet until next day.very annoying at night.
Nice breakfast. Planty of space in the room.
Bathroom was strange. No curtains to block water when you take a shower. If door is opened it blocks a half of bathroom.
tiny and very old shower , the noise in the street ( pub and bar)
