Lokalizacja w samym centrum (faktycznie wszędzie b.blisko) grzeczny choć mało elastyczny personel - na tym zalety kończa się

Pokoje duże, ale bardzo ubogo wyposazone (kilka stylizowanych na antyki - taki trafił się znajomym) - wczesny Gierak. Za oknem śmietniki o 6:00 obudzila nas śmieciarka. Łazienki z lat 70-tych. Brak restauracji - w okolicy jest kilka fajnych knajpek. Śniadania tylko na zimno a po stole chodza mrówki. Za cenę 90 Euro za pokój jakość niedostateczna (niestaty Gratz jest droższy od Wiednia przy gorszej jakości)

Biorac pod uwage, ze podstawowa funkcja hotelu to wygodne lozko i mozliwosc wyspania sie musze z przykroscia stwierdzic, ze byl z tym problem. Okna przepuszczaja najmniejszy halas z ulicy, kazdy krok na bruku i glos byl slyszalny - nie moglismy spac.

Perfect location and nice breakfast (until 10:00h!). The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Helpful staff.

There are no coffee/tea facilities in the room.

no internet. And the reception didn't feel sorry for me when I asked about it nicely, she just coldly reply: no! So rude. I can't turn off the hot water in shower, so have to listen to the running water sound all the time, plus there was no door or anything in shower, so after shower, you need to wipe the whole floor in bathroom.

We liked the friendly, helpful reception staff, and the close proximity to the Aldtstadt. The room was quiet, spacious and clean, and contained all the basic furniture, but in a slightly dated style. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was ample and filling, despite the rather 'austere atmosphere'.

It would have been nice if two easy/lounge chairs and a coffee table were provided for comfort or watching TV, and if the room had a small fridge and tea/coffee making facilities...considering the room fee. The nearest coffee machine was in the foyer, and one had to pay for it (vending machine). A bigger drawback was the slipper floor (tiles) in the cramped bathroom, and the 'rickety' adjustable shower, which probably needs replacement/fixing. Non-slip matting would be helpful throughout the bathroom and inside the cramped shower - as it is is was only luck that saved one of us when we stepped out of the raised shower onto a towel and slipped, falling rather heavily (and we were carefull)!.

Nice and helpful stuff. They gave me a city map, and all information I need to a city sight-seeing. The rooms are very large, clean, and light. The location is perfect for a downtown walk.

Very central in lovely old part of town. Large rooms relatively basic but great value and very comfortable beds.

I would have paid a bit extra for a choice of a cooked breakfast

Rooms could do with an update and the airport shuttle advertsed turned out to be the airport bus two tram stops away

It was very well situated near the town centre in a pleasant road. It had large rooms.

The room was very basic, and the size would have allowed at least one comfortable chair. The TV was very small, vey high up and very fuzzy. The bathroom was 1960s style and urgently needed upgrading. The light was dingy, the shower very small and the drain in the sink clearly partly blocked.
