The building is old and has character. Our room was spacious; we liked the high ceiling. Our room also looked out on a pedestrian precinct, and we appreciated the absence of traffic in a city centre. The staff could not have been more helpful. Our shower would not spray. The parquet floor looked nice but squeaked at every step, like fractured laminate. There were no facilities for making tea and coffee in our room; the machine on the ground floor made good coffee but in small quantity, especially for the price. There was no clock-radio in our room. |

A large twin room (single use) and very helpful and friendly staff. The dining room was wll decorated in an older style serving a good breakfast. It was very well situated for the old town. |

Super position - spacious Could not produce boiling water at Breakfast time. Looked like the water boiler was on the blink. However, staff did try to heat for me when asked. |

The location and view from our room was lovely. The room was soundproof. The staff was friendly and helpful. The furniture was very poor. There was no air-conditioning, the blinds on the window let a lot of light through in the morning,the floor creaked and the breakfast could have had more variety. |
