I like this hotel. Excelent breakfast ,Parking safe,clean,cozy.

The window can not open.i don't know why! I stayed at 104, only one night.was very hot in.

The location is good, right beside a subway station

I really expected more for a Travelers’ Choice 2011. The accommodation is good, fair, but not so comfortable. The Hotel is quite old... The staff were not friendly

Very good location close to many shops and metro station. Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff.

The hotel entrance does not have ramps for luggage. It is not a lot of steps, but we were with heavy luggage. Prepare your arms.

The hotel has an excellent location. It is perfect for visiting the city center. The hotel stuff is very polite, especially one girl at the afternoon shift. The rooms are spacious, very clean and neat, as well as the bathroom. The hotel itself is very clean and breakfast is really excellent! The parking in the garage worked very well and the price is as good as it gets compared with other hotels in the same area (but in general not cheap at all). Finding parking outside the garage might be a real challenge, so take that in consideration.

The bed sheets are quite slippery, not very comfortable to use...

Hotel next to main attractions (museums over all) and lively locations but still in a calm alley, away from chaos and stress. Beautiful interiors with modern design, a classy look but not ostentatious. General impression of functional comfort and sheltering affability. Warm and friendly staff, in any department, very polite and always smiling. Room and facilities neat and clean, no dust, no smell, all furnishings and decorations smart and intact, with any device functioning smooth. We sighed with pleasure for the the kettle and variety of infusions. First choice mattress for a deep sleep with no strain. Gorgeous breakfast with wide choice of first-rate ingredients. Stunning option for the 125 euros we paid in a classic double room. Our satisfaction exceeded any kind of dislike. At this prices k+k is absolutely reccomended for stays tied to the museal side of Vienna.

Room not wide, if not a bit narrow, we expected a little more than 16 sq.mt. Even if outside was freezing at 7° below (19.5 °f), in the room the central heating resulted too high and there was no possibility to open a window (not even tilting it: they just unscrewed all the handles!!!). Even if newly re-built, the structure is evidently not soundproof. No wi-fi in rooms, only modem connection!!! And, but that's very personal, we both really hated the pictures on the wall (room and corridors), we found them quite cheap and unsuitable for the hotel's style. But our satisfaction exceeds these oppositions.

Excellent hotel, perfect location for visiting Vienna

the price is not fair

Good hotel, room was large, well equipped and clean, staff generally friendly. Huge choice at breakfast. All round a very nice hotel, maybe a little expensive at 155 Euros for a standard double room but it was in the centre of Vienna.

One small issue. The light in the wardrobe alcove did not work making it near impossible to see which clothes were which. Reported to reception on our first day, was told it would be sorted straight away, 3 days later on checking out, it still had not been changed. At 155 Euros a night I think it should have been seen to instantly!

Best location absolute quiet

The Hotel rooms are very clean and tidy. Quite stay and very niceand rich breakfast. The rstaurant staff are much helpful and nicer than the Reception Staff

The Reception Staff were not at all helpful.(Except for the youngman - the rest seem to have spent more than enough on their job and felt bored and not helpful-something unusual from someone who works at the front office and deals with customers). We arrived in the morning, the room was not ready, which could be understood, but the reception staff didnt even bother to offer us a welcome hot drink if not a welcome fruit or anything else. We had to wait about 4 hours.

Free wi-fi in the rooms, good location, good breakfast, clean room, updated bathroom

Only minor dislikes: (1) hotel room keys were large and hard to use. (2) I think this is a european thing, but the door to the shower only reaches half the length of the shower so the bathroom gets wet when you take a shower.

I was really satisfied this hotel. Location, service, cleanliness, breakfast were perfect!! and the price is reasonable. There are hundreds of hotels in Vienna,it was so difficult to pick up one. I'm proud of my dicision.
