K+K Hotel Maria Theresia    

The hotel was in a great location and an easy walk to the tram/Ubahn at the Volksopera. Staff where very obliging and the rooms comfortable and clean.

Only one criticism of this hotel is that at around 6-6.30 pm there was a lack of hot water for shower/baths but as it was very busy one assume everyone was using at the same time.

We had stayed in this Hotel a couple of years ago. I think its strong point is the location, a walking distance to the museum quarter and other wonderful attractions. Our room was confortable and well kept.

Curtains cannot be fully closed so I have to use my Hanzaplast stripe to cover all the holes. To many personel in breakfast area, more staff than guests. Room is to old for a 4 star hotel. Bed was too small. The key for the room is so big I had to weak a bag just for it.

The room was comfortable but the best thing was the BREAKFAST!!!

Lack of hot water during the day/ late afternoons...odd... It was very warm when we were there but the air conditioning is not used until later in the Spring/Summer

Well located next to Volksgarten and Mariahilferstrasse, easy to reach by metro, excellent breakfast, clean and spacious room, very quiet. All in all, excellent hotel for the price.

Rooms are very good. Bathroom is excellent.

I chose the hotel especially for the sauna and fitness. Both not available due to maintenance for the whole week. No sign of this while booking.

We booked a double bed and we received in both room 2 twin beds - the hotel should not have the possibilities to choose the kind of bed if anyway you receive twin beds.

Friendly staff and clean environment, sufficient amenities, spacious garage.

The restaurant (bistro) menu is very limited as to dinner and late meals. A bit more variety would be welcome.

Big, comfortable and clean rooms, excellent location, very rich breakfast. Staff is fast and friendly.

The room was small but very efficiently arranged and the free breakfasts were copious and very good. The hotel is situated just a couple of steps from centre ville but in an area where there are many restaurants where one can eat away from the maddening crowd.

The wifi did not work very well and the staff is a bit brisk.

Pleasant and helpful staff. Fantastic buffet breakfast. Located close enough to main sights of Vienna (10 - 20 min walk) but slightly less expensive than hotels inside old town. Good quality complementary WiFi in rooms and public areas. Clean and comfortable.

Very close to city center, and has a garage to park the car.

The house keeping woke up everyone at 8:30 on a Saturday morning. No door-chain to keep the house-keeping outside.

We got confused about the best way to get into town because the map did not indicate which side of the street the hotel was located !! ( minor problem )

Location was great the room superb and the staff friendly. What more could you aske for? And the food was good too.

Extended wait to get safe reset after malfunction which was probably my fault but took too long to fix.

Very good location. 5-6 min on foot till the Ring and main trade street Mariahilfer. Very clean rooms. Nice breakfasts with all you may need. Free Wi-Fi.

Great restaurants and bars nearby, which were a surprise. We were recommended Restaurant 1070 by the reception staff and it was memorable. Room (triple) was fine, not the best we stayed in Europe but adequate. Easy walk to U Bahn and trams.

The hotel was very very clean, the rooms, lobby, the breakfast area. Breakfast was wonderful & a lot of selection.

Excellent location,steps away from the Museum Quarter and a reasonable walking distance from Hofburg Palace, Rathaus or the Auersperg Palace. Breakfast has a great variety and a beatiful presentation. The staff addresses any questions or concerns in a very quiet and efficient manner

Due to construction, both ends of the street were blocked and there was no possibility of reaching the hotel entrance by car. It would have been nice to find some signs or some directions, as you can't stop or park anywhere around this hotel. Access to rooms is done with a very unique and awkward system, not at all user friendly
