ツインルームの希望を出しましたが、通された部屋はダブルルームだったため、部屋の変更をおねがいしたとこ- ろ、すぐに対応してもらえました。朝食も種類が豊富で満足でした。 大通りからすこし入った場所にあるため、ホテルを見つけるのに時間がかかってしまいました。 |

Excellent location for exploring the city - right in the museum quarter. Very nice buffet breakfast (but don't overstay your welcome - you will be kicked out at 11am sharp...) Although they were polite, the staff were not very helpful. There are several stairs at the entrance leading to the reception area and no ramp. I had several large, heavy bags that I struggled to carry up the stairs. No staff offered to help and when I inquired 'how on earth do people in wheelchairs get up those stairs', the receptionist just giggled...In addition, I had specifically requested a spacious twin room as I was coming to Vienna for a weekend with my sister. The room we were given barely fit two single beds in it, although the bathroom was impressive. Finally, I had just spent 5 days in a different hotel in Vienna (near the un for business) which was much nicer/larger and much cheaper. In short, k+k does not offer value for money |

I was attending a scientific meeting. Important for me were: early, excellent breakfast - underground (very efficient) in vicinity - in walking distance from historical center. For the purpose of my trip, the hotel was perfect. |

地下鉄の駅(U2,U3,Volkstheater)から5分で王宮にも近く便利なロケーション。部屋は清潔でバスルームは白基調で- 清潔。禁煙フロアーがあり、タバコの臭いはしない。フロントは親切で、朝食も満足できる。部屋のインターネ- ットは有線。 Hotel is located near subway station (U2,U3,Volksthater) within 5 min on foot. We can go to Hofburg in 15 min on foot. Room is clean and bath room with bathtub is white-colored. There are non-smoking floors without smoking smell. Front persons are kind and breakfast is very good. There is wired internet connection in room. 電話でモーニングコールを設定したが、何度か鳴らなかった。ドアのキーシステムが少し分かりにくく、開錠に- コツがいる。 Morning call system did not work sometimes. Door key system is a little bit complex. |

K+K Hotel Maria Theresia's best selling point is its location in the museum district of Vienna. My wife and myself simply loved the easy excess to a group of eclectic museums and art galleries. |

Comfortable beds, clean hotel, good breakfast Staff was not helpful (however, in fairness, I did not ask either). Not a great spot for a family or for someone new to the area. |

the breakfast is very good , and the free internet is exellant the hotel is very small ,located in very narrow street which are a littile pet away from attractions i do not recommend it |

The staff, particularly the service workers and the maid service, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Location was great. The hotel was way too expensive considering the amenities that you received. |
