"Schmankerl” means “delicacies” and that is just what you will find in our "Schmankerl" restaurant. Our regional and international cuisine is prepared with high-quality, natural products from the immediate vicinity, assuring a healthy and satisfying dining experience.

Mountain farmers provide us with a wide variety of products such as milk, butter, cheese yoghurt, ham, bacon, smoked meat and much more. In addition, many delicacies are produced at the hotel itself.
