The personal was kind.

unfortunately the hotel is old and not refurbished for long time.

Close to the subway

The double room reserved was actually a twin room, no possibility to join the beds. No discount was offered!!! The room was extremely small !!!. The picture from booking not at all with how the two rooms looked like. The bathroom was poorly equipped. The walls are paper thin. NO worth the 70 euro. The sum of money blocked fro the reservation, where still blocked on my credit card after 5 days, although I paying cash. i have sent an email to the hotel and no answer.

We selected Hotel Mate Dependance due to the position, it was close to the place our event took place. The reception staff (especially two Spanish girls) was really nice and assisted us on giving different interesting information.

The rooms two narrow. The heating was not putted into operation.

Accessible by car, traffic connections

Bathrooms (at least the one we had), hallway and elevator poorly maintained.

Was originally given room on ground floor staff was willing to move us up to the top level which was nice as being shown on booking.com

Construction work in the railway no direct train to hotel has to take tram instead which is not being advised upon booking. Internet didnt work during our two night stay not even using the computer provided on ground floor

The hotel was conveniently located near a couple of tram stops and a metro station. It was a good price.

No hot water on both days of our stay. Thinking it was a one off incident on the first day we were surprised and upset to find the same problem on the second day. The receptionist, although polite, was not very helpful. Just thankful the stay was not in January

during my stay i liked the old lady who does the serving on breakfast.i also liked the fact that they change the sheets and towels in the morning.

the receptionist was really unwilling to help and very rude with us she made us feel like we were bothering her. i think thats the worst thinkfor this hotel.

Sehr freundliches Personal an der Frontdesk. Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles frisch bis zum Schluss.

Beim Frühstücken draussen im Innenhof waren die Tische nicht gereinigt.

Lage ok,

Zusatzbett nur Hilfsbett, Gestell musste entfernt werden und Matratze auf den Boden gelegt werden damit unsere 14jährige Tochter überhaupt darin schlafen konnte

Für eine nacht O.K., jedoch sehr abgewohnt! Der aufzug war von meinem zimmer sehr laut zu hören!
