Es agradable y su personal habla español.

Sólo hay en internet en el comedor y en recepción.

Me encanto por todo: precio, limpieza, ubicacion, silla de masajes. todo!!!! volveria de todas maneras.

El personal de la recepción fue muy amable, nos brindaron abundante información. Sumamente colaboradores y gentiles. El desayuno, abundante, buena variedad, comida fresca y de buen sabor. Hotel 100% recomendado. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Ubicación estratégica, cerca de las principales estaciones de tren y puntos de interés. Conexión a internet desde el área de recepción y alrededores.

Hay una pequeña terraza donde la gente sale a fumar y el olor del humo penetra hasta la recepción y lugares aledaños, molesto para quienes buscan un ambiente libre del cigarro.

The location is good.

I didn't like the toilets and bath room -- they are not clean and scary. Also, this hotel had very unstable internet connection -- sometimes it worked, sometimes not. Also, internet available only in lobby !!! it's very bad. They don't have the parking space, so be ready to pay 15 euro for parking your car in the special garage, or 20 euro for parking near the hotel.

Very pleasant staff with good English knowledge. The hotel is placed in a very quiet place so guests won't suffer from noise. There was a minibar in the room which could also be used as a small refrigerator for your own products. The ability of buying city tours on the reception is very useful. In addition, you will be delivered to the place of the tour's departure by a small bus.

The Internet was not available in the room. The tours could not be paid by a card (only by cash).

Triple Room is very comfort. It contains two rooms with separate showers.

Parking is located at another hotel.

Nothing special

The doors wasn't insulated, there was no door at the bathroom, and the door between the lobby and the room was missing. Obviously, the noise from the corridor and from the neighbors disturbs us for several times during the night.

Noisy, very accoustic building - really big trouble with sounds! Forget sleep if you do not like sounds like shower, toilet, tv, speech etc... I will not come back there

Good service on the reception, very responsive and nice.

Wi-Fi is only in lobby. I was in winter time and the lobby has freezing temperature. I hardly can use wi-fi for long time.

Excellent value for money, very friendly service, 20mins walk from city center, well connected with public transport, easy to find by car, tasteful breakfast.

No parking and short term parking zone outside, so when staying on weekdays, you will need to find a carpark, luckily we had weekend trip.

Room and facilities were ok. There was a lift and free wi fi. Room was clean and comfortable. Heating was working great.

Just a little bit far away from center but it is easy to reach to center with public transportation.Tram and metro is close to the hotel.

The location is ok, not far away from metro station, nice area. Difficult to find any one shop working in the evening, but it is common for Vienna. The hotel staff could be more friendly, it was just absence mine all the time we've seen the reception' lady. The breakfast is ok, just try to come earlier or you will not find a lot of food )

The bathroom is a disaster! No door at all - just the short curtain instead of, so if you share the room with friends - it is very disturbing! For triple room the bathroom is really too small. The room itself has to be refurbished

Although they say they do not have free Wi-Fi, they do supply it.

The only thing that I liked about the hotel was the price (thanks to booking.com, because on the spot the hotel was 40% on top). The location also is not bad - only 4 tram stops from the center of the city. Also a good thing is that the hotel room was big (or just poor on furniture).

The room was not so very clean. The lack of air conditioning is horrible for downtown hotel, becayse it makes you open your windows (which by the way are in terrible condition, maybe 50 years old). When you open the windows it does not become colder, as outside is 30 degrees and no wind because of the surrounding buildings, but for sure you get the noise from the main street in front of the hotel. IT WAS ALFUL to be woken up every morning at 7:00 am, thanks to the beeping cars and trucks. No internet in the room, only in the public area (one small room next to the main entrance). If I can afford more time to check (and money, although in booking I saw many hotels at the same price), I will never stay in this hotel again.

I was surpised by the fact that we had actually two separate rooms.

Very nice hotel, affordable price and great staf. Simple and clean. I recommend.

Very helpfull and smiling personal. The room was welcoming to come to and the place has a friendly atmosphere. Even though they dont write internet they actually have internet in a comfortable lobby room. The rooms are in quit surroundings with a nice yard. Highly recomendable.

Close to the subway

The double room reserved was actually a twin room, no possibility to join the beds. No discount was offered!!! The room was extremely small !!!. The picture from booking not at all with how the two rooms looked like. The bathroom was poorly equipped. The walls are paper thin. NO worth the 70 euro. The sum of money blocked fro the reservation, where still blocked on my credit card after 5 days, although I paying cash. i have sent an email to the hotel and no answer.
