Había recepcionistas que hablaban español la habitación es muy pequeña. Para llegar al centro de viena hay que coger tranvía y luego metro |

Barato. La habitación está bien y está limpia. El bufet tiene bastante comida pero escasea muchísimo la vajilla. Parece que tienen 1 vaso por cada 5 personas. Un día tuve que tomar café, zumo y yogurt en la misma taza. No está muy céntrico y el barrio parece algo inseguro. |

Lo mejor sin lugar a dudas el desayuno buffet muy variado y abundante (incluido en el precio del hotel). Personal del hotel muy amable. Metro a menos de 10 minutos andando. Parada de tranvía a menos de 5 minutos. |

El trato de sus trabajadores fue excelente, mucha informacion y mucha amibilidad. Poca información desde la estación de metro hasta el hotel, esta un poco escondido, necesitaban algun cartel. |

El buffet desayuno era muy completo. Las chicas eran simpáticas y te ayudaban si tenias dudas sobre la ciudad. La habitación era normal pero con relación al precio estaba muy bien, teniamos hasta minibar! Estaba limpia y cambiaban sábanas y toallas a diario. El baño no tenia ventilación |

Distance to the city center and u-bahn station. Bathroom and WC were surprisingly clean and good! Very small room, nearly broken and poorly fixed bed legs, poor sound proofing (we stayed with small child and heard loud sounds of someone having sex like it was just in our room). Overall feeling from hotel is like from cheap american motel in cheap american movie )) Stuff, by the way, is enough friendly. |

breakfast was good and room was spacious and bright. Very nice baby cot. some staff was helpful, other had no clue about anything. We spilled sticky jam on the bathroom floor and wiped it, but for 4 days the stickiness was not cleaned. The room was very hot (very hot in Vienna those days tho) and very noisy. the cleaner tried to kick us out of our room several times 1h before check out. Although it is not too far from a metro station it still takes quite a while to go to town so I wouldn't recommend it for people with young kids that want to go back in the middle of the day for nap time. |

Really good breakfast, comfortable rooms It was too hot as the conditioner was not working. There was no direct connecton to city center- if you want to reach hotel you have to change few metros, then walk for a while or take tram from outside city center. |

The experience was mixed. The staff after one night stay changed the room which was a spacious enough for our family i.e 2 kids (3yr, 1yr) and us. Rooms were clean and some staff members very friendly and helpful. No language problem i.e staff understood english. The breakfast had enough choices but again some days the staff was good and some days a little cold. |

Quite near to city centre with good public transport.Room was comfortable, warm and cosy. The staff were polite and helpful. Situated in small side street which made it quite difficult to find initially. |

Breakfast was pretty good.The access is from public transportation is quite alright. The staff in reception.I met 2 receptionists there which were not able to explain simple things in english.I'm sorry but not everybody speaks german.And the attitude was very very unpolite. |

The hotel staff was very polite, nice. The breakfast was good, also. The hotel was close enough to the subway station. Yes. The rooms were smaller than in the photos. It wasn't warm enough in the rooms. The bathroom hadn't any source of heat. |
