Bei der Buchung wurden Raucherzimmer angeboten, vor Ort wurde jedoch mitgeteilt, dass Rauchen am Zimmer nicht möglich ist und dies in "oberlehrerhaftem" Tonfall. |

La posizione è ottima, in pieno centro, ideale per visitare la città in pochi giorni.Ottima anche le colazione. Non ha parcheggio priavato,quindi bisogna usufruire di un multipiano vicinissimo che però costa 11 euro al giorno. Una delle recetionist non ci ha spigato bene come usufruire di questa tarriffa speciale e il primo giorno abbiamo dovuto pagerne 15! |

Optimal ist die zentrale Lage direkt in der Innenstadt und die sehr schöne Umgebung. Sehr gut ist außerdem das reichhaltige Frühstücksbuffett mit sehr viel frischem Obst. Es gibt keine Hotelparkplätze |

Die absolut zentrale Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit der Sehenswürdigkeiten - Goldenes Dachl fast um die Ecke & öffentl Verkehrsmittel wenige Gehminuten vom Hotel. Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotelangestellten! Gutes Frühstückbuffet. Gratis WLAN im Hotel. Für einen Kurztrip oder eine Städtereise sehr zu empfehlen! Es hat für uns alles gepaßt und die etwas laute Umgebung (Gastgarten eines Hotels/Gasthofes genau unter dem Zimmerfenster - nachts grölende Betrunkene auf der Straße - was ein Schlafen bei offenem Fenster unmöglich macht) ist nicht die Schuld des Hotels und muß man für die zentrale Toplage in Kauf nehmen! |

Empfangspersonal und Mitarbeiterin im Service sehr nett, zuvorkommend und hilfbsbereit Reklamation bezüglich Sauberkeit im Bad wurde nicht umgesetzt und nachgegangen, Zimmermobiliar der Standardzimmer ist für ein 4* Haus grenzwärtig. Auf Mail an die Hoteldirektion welches am Tag nach der Abreise abgeschickt wurde keine Reaktion erhalten |

La tenue impeccable de l'ensemble et particulièrement le petit déjeuner : qualité et variété exceptionnelles des produits.Très bon rapport qualité/prix. L'aménagement des chambres ne correspond pas aux 4 étoiles affichées et à la classe de l'accueil : pas de toilettes séparées, même pas un mini bar et un décor "ringard". Par ailleurs, le dîner, fort honnête, doit être retenu à l'avance et ne propose qu'un menu fixe, à une heure précise, qu'on est invité à respecter scrupuleusement. |
