Terrific location and our room was very quiet. Only steps away from Old Town. Good breakfast with a lot of exoctic fruit choices. Regular coffee not very good but the cappicino was terrfic.

No wash cloths! The quiet rooms are quite small but super clean some with good mountain views.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was lovely and comfortable with a great view of the mountains, and the breakfast was ridiculously good. It was also very helpful that we could store our suitcases for the day after we checked out, and that there was a computer and printer available for us to use.

No top sheet on the bed - but apparently that's the style in Austria.

Wonderful breakfast for just 9€. Friendly staff. Great location in old city centre. Nice rooms on top floor behind with view on city roofs and mountains, and very quiet ! Nice design and high quality equipments in bathroom.

No kettle in the room. Impossible to adjust temperature: was too hot !

One of the most pleasant hotels I have stayed for a long time. Everything worked perfectly and the staff was amont the friendlienst I have met for a long time. Great location, the whole old town around the corner, lot of restaurants and cafes. Public parking close. On top of this there is also easy access to the slopes around Innsbruck and 30 minutes to Axams.

I was little bit missing a working desk in the room, but that was not a big problem.

Location was excellent, near the river and the Altstad. Room was modern and well appointed, if on the small side. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room was a bit on the small side for a 4-star hotel. Fine for a couple of days, but might get a bit claustrophobic after that. Opaque glass bathroom divider didn't provide much privacy, which wasn't a problem for us, but might not be everyone's cup of tea. Very little cupboard space.
