Good location Very clean
Not many mirror
Clean and comfortable
They charged me for the indoor parking and didn't say I could park in front for free
Excellent hotel which was clean with kitchen and washing facilities. The rooms were very comfortable and cleaned daily.
Nicebreakfast Staff patient and helpful
so crowded masses of tour groups and the were noisy...staff patient and helpful
Old city is walking distance. Stores nearby. Parking available for 11 euro.
Free parking would have been even better ;)
Great big spacious room, great bathroom and kitchen facilities. Close to supermarket. Most of the staff were nice and helpful.
This is not in the city centre at all. It is a good 30minutes walk to the city centre. It is inappropriately named. Other staff were abrupt and not so welcoming.
Good breakfast at this price, friendly staff
No so many restaurant nearby.
The stuff and furniture
VERY cold! Had to put on a hat at night! No batteries, cold air from the air-conditioner!
Value for money, helpful staff, friendly welcome, good location, clean and comfortable, on site parking, plenty of buzz in public areas. We would stay again.
Nothing to complain about!
Friendly staff, nice bar, pool table and fuseball table, buses close by to get to town
A bit far to walk in to town (about 30mins)
- The hotel is brand-new. The room is big and clean with good decoration. - No problem with the Internet speed at all. - Near bus stops and S-Bahn station.
- Far from the old town. - Heating system is not satisfactory. It makes noise and doesn't make the room warm enough. - The corridor looks weird with the red doors of the rooms, giving an impression that I was walking on a sex street.
It worked well for us three adults and two young children. Staff helped us get a Salzburg tourist card and showed us how to get around the old town. Breakfast was substantial and tasty; it helped us charge up for a full day.
20-min walk into old town. Bus 4 goes directly there, but the stop is almost a 5-min walk from the hotel. Less convenient when lots of snow (as in our case). Hotel is solid, comfortable and good, but the furnishings are much more HOSTEL than HOTEL.
Good to book tours
Room not very warm No eggs for breakfast except on a Sunday
very clean, nice breakfast, very kind staffs, guest kitchen, wi-fi worked well, very warm.
when I used the washing machine, I paid 15 euros for using 3times. But other travelers didn't pay at all. staffs should explain us that if I would use my own detergents then I wouldn't have to spend money.
Location was next to bus stop. Staff was kind and helpful.
Beds were painful. No wash clothes or hand towels.
The room is comfortable and the staff speaks English very well.
The quality of free wifi is terrible
Surrounded by restaurant and supermarkets. And the receptionists are perfect in telling you which bus to take to go to everywhere in Salzburg
Wifi is unstable at night
The hotel is in a good location - walking distane to ity centre. It was very clean and comfortable. We liked the idea of a kitchen it has for guests to use which largely reduces the cost of eating as there is a supermarket with good meals in the same building.
I was a bit disappointed that we were advised at the receptrion that the best solution for parking was in the garage next to the hotel for "only" 11 euros (price for hotel guests), and we had to pay this upfront at the hotel. We were there for the weekend and the truth is that parking is not paid in the streets after 6 pm and on Sundays and there is plenty of room. We complained about this and they returned our money for 1 day which was nice of them ;)
Close to supermarket $ bus but a bit out of town & central station
Comfortable bed, good bathroom, good lobby communal area.
Kitchen a bit small
I expected a school-type dormitory when I made my booking for a sextuplet room, but it turned out far better than our expectation. Would definitely recommend the hotel to other guests as well. Friendly services, walking distance to nearby bus stops, and comfortable beds.
Stayed for 2 nights with my wife and 2 young children. Really nice stay everything was spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly. Excellent value for money
The room was clean and the bathroom was large. Overall a very good hotel, not far from the city centre.
The beds were hard and not very comfortable.
The beds on top weren 't done and we had to do them by ourselves. Under the matresses we found chocalate papers and used tickets meaning that nobody has cleaned there for a long time. The hotel doesn't worth the price we paid.
- When they recommend 'World of Asia' 10 mins down the road for food - GO! Best eating experience I've had in years! - very helpful staff - football table! - MASSIVELY similar to Sydney's 'Wake Up!' hostel - huge deja vu when walking in and assumed they were same company but can't find any link between them?? Everything to lift access to room layout to floor colours is the same - but cheaper than Sydney :) - 24/7 reception - Good price
- not so comfortable bed - Extra costs - asked for a charger and instead of directing us to the shop which we found straight behind them, sold us an adaptor for £16?? Very overpriced - Parking costs - but still not too bad and very close - Sometimes short staffed when people are ordering from bar and desk at same time - A little of a 'corporate' feel rather than a friendly feel - Hard to talk to other people - no nice hostel feel to it
