I did not like that the hotel take the many from my CC twice !!!
Luxury hotel Love it
One of the best luxury hotels I have been to. Fantastic rooms, great view, amazing staff, amazing roof top bar and restaurant. I would recommend to anyone on a business or pleasure trip to Vienna. It is definitely worth a visit! Just brilliant! Thank you, Melia!
room was clean and comfortable
the design of the bathroom was too dark and everything was black.
Location is very bad
Staff were excellent. Also very Comfortable and relaxing
The shower was amazing. The location of the hotel is a bit far from the city centre but with the U-Ban it was no problem. The best thing for us was to discover the Donaupark which is a vast beautiful park just behind the concrete high buildings. We just thought that this park was so great.
The bathroom needs more light considering that the fact the it is all in black !
- room and bathroom design - rain shower - comfortable bed - coffee machine in the room - window view
- echo in the bathroom - expensive parking
There is no announcement on the road leading to the hotel, so it is difficult to reach him
Convenient to Vienna (10 minute U bahn ride) but with a gorgeous, quiet location on the Danube. Room was gorgeous with a huge bathroom and great toiletries included. Visitors should book a table in the fantastic Access 57 restaurant, unbeatable view, good service and lovely food.
The bar in the floor above the reception was beautiful! Extraordinary architectural design and very relaxing to the senses with the flowers & light panel wall. Our two male bartenders were very attentive and friendly and should be given raises! The food menu was outstanding with the beef filet dishes exceeding the flavors at at 5* Restaurant such as Ruth Chris. The portion size was a great value for your prices charged.
The lights over the bathroom mirror we're not bright enough against the dark black room. Make up mirror in an odd spot without additional lighting for it.
all except minus. Breakfast, cleanliness, room.
Hotel have only first 15 floors but I prefer higher. We wait on reception more than 10 minutes to be able takes room, for 5 stars not good. Later, I saw what not only to us. The hall of the reception hotel is not comfortable to sit anywhere. In General we saw that the hotel is new. Positive only in the room. Pleasant veranda of the restaurant on the outside. Much don't like next. They have taken money as a guarantee from credit card on check-in, throughout the journey, more than 10 hotels did not do that. Not explained for what guarantee and why and why this cost. Eventually took over the room 430 Euro, and blocked 420 euros as guarantor add)) and blocked stayed for 2 weeks, in total, I had to go to the my Bank at home to unlock the funds. Those who have a little money, be careful.
I like the room size and the staff were very helpful and smily all the time
I did not like the looby at all As well as the food was very bad to me ! Pne more thing when you call for servuce no one is picking ur phone sometime u need to wait 5 mints to get line
The reception staff could not have been more friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to make everything go to plan. The view from our window was fantastic looking out over the city. The decor of the rooms was very modern and everything was very clean but there again the hotel is only seven months old. All in all it was a very nice hotel
It was just a little bit too far out of the main centre with six metro stops to the centre. The metro was only two hundred meters away but it could be fairly quiet after dark so that could be a problem if you're a female solo traveller. Also they had no ordinary tea for two days.
Excellent service, clean rooms.

Very bad location we got lost looking for the entrance of the hotel , there's no sing for the hotel
location next to VIC
room phone communication is poor.
Very good location for city trip. Very close to the metro Well trained staff
Very expensive car parking fee I don't like black interior
Luxurious and modern Comfortable Bed Clean
very difficult to find when you come by car there are no signs for the hotel and you reach it going through a labyrinth of underground roads...
Quiet, modern rooms. Very helpfull staff in the reception and amazing views from 57 bar.
For a new 5* hotel, the rooms can be much cleaner!!!! Proper dusting and attention to small details are a must!
A very stylish new hotel, many glossy black surfaces inside, so hard to clean, which the staff does brilliantly. Very good air conditioning, so rare compared to the old hotels located in the city centre. Also excellent sound proofing in the rooms - we had a room facing the bridge Reichsbrücke, which is surely very loud and havent heard a single car, even an ambulance. Hotel offers very good breakfasts, and an excellent restaurant on the 57th floor (the best restaurant experience I had in Vienna). Unfortunately it doesn't work on sundays and mondays and is almost always full, so book in advance. Metro station is very close by - red line U1, which is direct to most squares in the city.
Of course, "The tallest Vienna building" mostly contains offices and appartments, so unfortunatelly, the hotel occupies just some lower floors, which means don't be too anxious to see a fantastic view from your room.. If you want the view, you will have to visit the top restaurant.
Comfortable / modern/ clean/ friendly stuff
Location / parking very expenseve
