Mercure Bregenz City    

Very nice hotel. In front of train station. Rooms are clean and nice. Lake a few meters away. You can go by walking. There is a casion for gambling just front of hotel.

Excellent location close to the station thus convenient for regional travel. Quiet surroundings hardly any city noise except from passing trains.

I stayed from 4 to 7 march in the Bregenz Mercure.Arriving with the night train (8.30a.m).the check in(3 P.m and check out times(11 A.m)most inconvenient and rather unusual.Breakfast is listed at until 10.30.Arriving on the first day at 10.15 we were told that we only had 15 minutes for the breakfast(unusal remark).At 10.15 the egg omelet had an undescribable greyish colour while the bacon was nearly black.All together an unappetising and untasty dish.At 10.30 exactly , 4 personnel were coming in removing everything away.We found ourselves in the midst of rattling noise taking our breakfast. An international hotel but few personnel (except at the front desk) knowing languages apart from German.Bregenz is a boring city in winter as compared to St.Gallen and Lindau.

Extremely good location, you cant miss it if you're coming with train. Only across a trainstation bridge to the city centre and about 100 meters to the lake. A nice surprise was kettle with some choice of tea/coffe. Fast internet connection.

In general the stuff is very friendly and helpful but I could never reach the reception on the phone, although I tried calling many times...

The staff at breakfast were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. The guy with the glasses (sorry i can't remember his name) was our favourite, he was very good at his job and deserves credit, also the lady with short dark spikey hair was excellent. The selection of breakfast food was very good, we particularly liked the tea station where you can make your own teabags! Nice location.

The TV and the internet in the bedroom was not good at all. The mouse on keyboard was very hard to use and we were quite upset about this. We expected the equipment to be a bit more up to date. We ended up having to use the computer downstairs which was inconvenient and not private. Also the T.V. channels were not very good, no English channels at all, we expected at least one! There was no music channels and the radio did not not work. We did not like the fact we had to pay to listen to music when there were no other options. We would have preferred STILL water and not sparkling every day, but perhaps this is a European thing?

The hotel is located right at the lake front and opposite the Bregenz Festival stage.

The hotel is 15 min walk from the city centre, it's not far at all and walk is quite pleasant but in rainy weather it's not a great thing.

Very good location,on the lake shore of the bodensee 2 steps from bregenz train station and close to city centre and shoping centre.relaxing hotel and good breakfast.

There is no rooms with 2 separete bads only double beds

No pool or gym. Prices for Internet access in the hotel are a total rip off. You can get several months of mobile internet from A1 or Organe for the price they charge for a day - I wonder when hotels finally realize that Internet access is a commodity like electricity in the room!

Es wurden Wartungsarbeiten zwischen 22:00 und 24:00 Uhr durchgeführt inkl. hämmern und bohren. Es war sehr laut und wir konnten nicht schlafen. Nach Rücksprache mit dem Hotelpersonal wurde uns gesagt, ist halt so und geht nicht anders - also PECH für uns. Einfach eine Frechheit ! Nie wieder !!!

alles recht sauber, Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis in Ordnung.

Fürs Frühstück pro Person 17 Euro, und dann noch schlechter Service beim Frühstück, man muss die Eier selbst kochen, etc............... Rezeption war abends um 21 Uhr nicht besetzt, musste 10 Minuten warten, relativ unfreundlicher Frühstücks-Service

da meine frau krank wurde, wollte ich das doppelzimmer stornieren und statt dessen ein einzelzimmer haben, was nicht akzeptiert wurde. ich bin um 15h angereist. stornierung wäre kostenlos bis 19h möglich gewesen. wie soll man das verstehen?

Als "Gast des Tages" durften wir ein kostenloses Upgrade (inklusive Minibar, Multimedia, Obstteller, 1 Fl Rotwein) genießen. Dem Hotel dafür nochmals unseren besten Dank!!

Totale incompréhension puisque malgré la confirmation de booking.com, aucune réservation pour nous. Pas de chambre disponible, ils nous ont trouvé un autre hôtel. Best-western, mieux placé, même prix.

rustig gelegen en praktisch als overnachting op weg naar skigebied

het is er bloedheet! Gelukkig kan er een raam open in de kamer, maar de gang is superheet als je er met je spullen loopt te sjouwen....

Dat onze hond ook welkom was.

Ik heb de zalm besteld,ik ben vrouw.Het portie was zo klein,dat ik er echt niet genoeg aan had.Toen ik dit vermelde was het antwoord;jammer.Dat vond ik teleurstellend .
