Ontbijt was uitstekend verzorgt Na aankomst circa 22:00 uur (i.v.m. file) was het niet mogelijk om nog iets te eten of te drinken. Hotelbar was ook gesloten. |

Parkeerplaats, bereikbaarheid en locatie zijn uitstekend. Verder is het een prima plek om een tussenstop te maken. |

de kamer/faciliteiten , de zeer goede en het grote aantal gratis parkeermogelijkheden en het goed verzorgde restaurant. front-office service, vergeet tot tweemaal toe een restaurantreservering door te geven. veder wist de dienstdoende bediende bij het uitchecken absoluut niet met het creditcard en bankpasapparaat om te gaan waardoor ik uiteindelijk maar kontant heb afgerekend om onnodige verdere vertraging te voorkomen. |

Keurige kamers, goed bereikbaar. Er was geen derde bed geplaatst voor kind. I.v.m. late aankomst hebben we hier ook maar niet meer om gevraagd. We hadden het wel gemeld bij de boeking. |

Het ontbijtbuffet is uitstekend verzorgd vanwege de ruime keuze aan etenswaren. Een prima stop als overnachting naar de wintersport...!! Het personeel in het restaurant moet ook de gasten aan de bar bedienen, waardoor je lang moest wachten voordat je iets kon bestellen. Geen juiste service dus. |

Dat uitgerekend ik de ¨guest of the day¨was heeft ongetwijfeld mede te maken met mijn positieve waardering. In dat kader werd mij een fles witte wijn aangeboden. Heel charmant, maar voor mij had ´ie beter in de koelkast kunnen staan; de minibar was toch gratis. |

The self-service breakfast was very good and real value for money. The hotel is beautifully located. The hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Rather 3 star. No aircon and the rooms are very hot. One long balcony for all the rooms offering no security as guests can easily walk from one room to the other. |

The hotel is in general comfort and very convenient. It is just next to the train station and the lake,and about 15 minutes to the city centre on foot. |

First of all I liked the location of your hotel near historical centre of the city and Bodensee lake. The staff were very kindly, room acording to the clasification of your hotel and at last but not list I liket the ideea of parking using room card to acces inside it. |

Usual amenities from an international hotel Superior rooms at the last floor are warm in summer, and aircon - if any -doesn't work. The small fan is not enough to refresh the air. Then it's not possible to open the terrace door, because anybody could enter in your room (one long terrace for all the superior rooms). Moreover in summer the Casino right under your window has open-air parties til 1:00 am. Not nice if you have to get up early in the morning. |

Its within easy walk to station and city shops, and the nearby lake is like a dream, even though its pretty inaccessible for one who just wants to watch the sun go down! At lunch there was a problem - the tomato soup was impossibly salty. But the maitre tasted it and agreed and did not charge us for it : Difficult situation handled well. |

We were attending the wedding of a young friend at Gephardsberg and also celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. We found MERCURE perfect for all our needs. The room was very comfortable and room service prompt.Your restaurant is very desirable and we hardly wandered from there except when invited by the Hohenems family or to have a coffee somewhere else. |

location location location - superb if you want to stay in bregenz, right on the lakeside lots of places to eat and drink nearby breakfast not included in price - i did not notice this and it was expensive (over 15 euros) we were asked for payment once we had sat down and started - if we had realised it was an extra we would have had breakfast elswhere more cheaply - i suppose thats why they wait till you have started eating before they bring you a bill - still what can you expect from a country that introduced adilf... |

We liked the location of the Hotel in relation to the surroundings i.e. it was very central for the Railway station and close to the modern architecture of the Festspiele house and Seebuhn. The service on the first 2 days at breakfast was a bit desultory. i.e. we had to ask for the table to be cleared of the debris from the previous user of the table bur improved with different staff on the last day.. |

Very nice and comfortable hotel. Restaurant in the lobby. Casino right next door. Free parking. Like many European hotel, the shower is not fully covered, there is a glass panel that covers half the shower only. |
