Clean, quiet and comfortable. The decor is getting a bit tired (chipped paint, drooping tiles). Although we had a well ventilated room (November), it would be impossible to open the windows in summer as the hotel is close to a busy road and train lines. The reception only had 1 person on duty when we checked in and out. Not nearly enough. And 15 euros pp for breakfast is absurd, even if the restaurant/breakfast area is good (I seem to remember from last time that it is). We would recommend the hotel, but with caution (see above).

I enjoyed my stay. Excellent location. What i didn t like, still, was the fact that they took a 50 eur guarantee/ room taken from my credit card, money which were not announced on hotel's website.

Suitably located for rail travellers being close to Westbahnhof and Metro Plumbing needs attention - blocked toilet. Old tv set with poor controls and no foreign langauge instructions No free internet access in rooms

The location is close to railway station and the room is quiet. The room size is small and front dest stuff is not that kindly. The breakfast is too expensive and not that valuable.

It is very near to a metro station that goes to the center of the city and it's near to the westbanhof. Very easy also to go to Sussi castel. The staff is very kind and gave us a room well before the booking time. The wifi access at the room is very expensive, so we need to go to the lob to get free internet.

The bathroom and the illumination in the room, the apportunity to keep the laugage at the hotel reception for the day after checking out. The size of the room, the carpet on the floor. The treatment on the reception was not friendly at all.

There was a severe wind in the evening. It was not possible to go out for a dinner so we decided to stay in the hotel restaurant. They refused us a table (there were 3 empty) with the excuse that they could not service so many guests at once. There was no choice - even with the acceptance of late service, they were not willing to do it.

The price. The staff was helpfull. Good breakfast Very small room. Old towels and pillows. Instead of beer we have found water(!) in the beer bottle in the minibar

The hotel was very well located, next to the big shopping street, and close to the important sightseeings. Price/Quality was OK. The room was perfect, although there was no airco. The only thing is that breakfast and parking in the hotel was quite expensive. (both 15 Euros a day)

Too loud ,really bad isolation so you can hear everything from guesrs walking outside your room, cleaning staff and even the music playing contnuously in the hallway ad background music. Carpets in hallway do not inspire cleanliness

We only stayed there for one night,coming in the evening and leaving early morning via Westbahnhof. Therefore, the location was perfect for our needs (just a few minutes walk away from Westbahnhof, where there's train and metro services). Can't really judge the rest of the facilities or the breakfast quality, since we didn't really stay much. The room was pretty ok though. Though we didn't have any breakfast, I thought the price was very expensive (15 Euros per person at the time I'm writing this). Also ridiculous charge for Wifi: 8 Euros per hour, while WiFi is so common nowadays that it should be provided for free.
