l'emplacement de l'hotel est idéal pour visiter la ville et aussi très bien placé par rapport à la gare quoique un peu bruyant à cause des travaux en ce moment si non un bon hotel à recommander. |

Good location, near the train station and the metro We surprised that the air-conditioner was not working. When we called to the reception desk, they seemed to angrily say that they would open the air-condition only during the summer and it was not summer yet!! So, we needed to open the window hearing the sound of car running throughout the night! |

The location of the hotel was as advertised at the top end of the Marie Hilfer strasser and next to the westbanhof however the sex shop next door was not mentioned. The hotel was tired in decor and very expensive for meals Also there is a vast amount of building work at the station just across the road from the hotel which made the stay very noisey.As it was wet when we stayed a tv with more than one english speaking channel, CNN, would have been welcomed |

Silence, cleanliness, location, courtesy of reception and restaurant personel. Choices and quality of the food at restaurant. 1. Prices at the bar near to restaurant are to high (ex.: 3.9 EURO for 1 cup of tea is unacceptable for a 4* hotel). Usualy such kind of things (at least a bag of tea) are free for hotel clients as long as in the room there is a water boiling device and some cofee and tea. 2. Bad isolation of Windows facing heavy traffic street. Sink smell in bathroom. Cold room with no heating working first night. I was told to get extra blankets! Heating was finally on second night. No wireless relay in rooms. Only available in lobby... |
