Near the centre, clean, cheap, hotel stuff is very good. Parking should be paid every day between 18:00 and 23:00 because Stadthalle is near by and there is no visible notice about it. |

Hotel location and very cooperative staff Standard rooms were without airconditions. Fans were provided, instead. I think this point should be highlighted clear on hotel description to avoid any missleading similar to what happened to me. |

In my opinion, this hotel is the best choice of all the hotels within this price segment that are situated next or close to the train station "Wien Westbahnhof". The hotel staff is very professional and friendly, the rooms are comfortable & clean, and last but not least the location right next to the train station and all the public transportation makes it a great choice!!! |

Good location, near the train station and the metro We surprised that the air-conditioner was not working. When we called to the reception desk, they seemed to angrily say that they would open the air-condition only during the summer and it was not summer yet!! So, we needed to open the window hearing the sound of car running throughout the night! |

The location of the hotel was as advertised at the top end of the Marie Hilfer strasser and next to the westbanhof however the sex shop next door was not mentioned. The hotel was tired in decor and very expensive for meals Also there is a vast amount of building work at the station just across the road from the hotel which made the stay very noisey.As it was wet when we stayed a tv with more than one english speaking channel, CNN, would have been welcomed |

Prices at the bar near to restaurant are to high (ex.: 3.9 EURO for 1 cup of tea is unacceptable for a 4* hotel). Alle Damen mit welchen I. An der Reception zu tun hatte, waren mit ausgesprochener Herzlichkeit U. Hilfsbereitschaft um mich Bemüht. Probleme mit dem Schlüssel-Transponder wurden gemeinsam mit so viel Charm U. Geduld geregelt, dass man dies in keinster Weise unangenehm in Erinnerung behält. Das Zimmer war hofseitig,dadurch auch absolut ruhig, eine Aussicht auf die Stadt interessierte mich sowieso weniger.Das gediegene, romantische Ambiente des Restaurant u- Barbereiches ist eine absolute "Wohlfühloase" gemütlich U. einladend. Die Preise weniger, entsprechen aber durchaus dem üblichen 4-Stern-Standard. |

очень не понравился персонал отеля, встретили так как будто мы им что то должны и не отдаем. На вопросы отвечают так, будто не хотят выдать военную тайну. Посмотришь на их мрачные лица хочется бежать подальше. Сам номер средний, я бы даже сказал маленький -ничего выдающегося. Единственное достоинство, отеля, если нужно передвигаться на поезде(и если не один раз) это вокзал(5 минут ножками). Приехал, поспал -уехал! Поменять персонал. |
