All Staffs are friendly and kindly.Hotel is clean. Price is very reasonable. Elevetor require to insert room card key,but does not work many times.location is little bit far from center of city.I can not use Sauna since door was opend fully. |

The location is fantastic! The price for the garaze is ok snd the staff is very frienly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. |

The hotel is very near the Graz centre. The staff, especially the recepcionist, was impeccable. Professional, informative and polite. Breakfast was excellent. The room carpet had some smears. Those should be cleaned or the carpet should be replaced. |
