Very modern, nice and pleasant accomodation. Flying from Japan to Graz is always quite demanding, and because of this, the availability of this nice hotel is quite helpfull for us. In addition, this time, hotel staff offrered us special favor, as we had really really important business meetings, namely interviews with high profile people. We feel deeply appreciated. We wish if only wireless LAN is much faster. But we could have solved this problem by moving to the space around hotel lobby. |

The location is fantastic! The price for the garaze is ok snd the staff is very frienly and helpful. The rooms are beautiful and the bathroom is amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. |

The location The man at reception told us the wrong time for breakfast however the kitchen staff were very kind and made us breakfast even though we were late. It was delicious |

The hotel is very near the Graz centre. The staff, especially the recepcionist, was impeccable. Professional, informative and polite. Breakfast was excellent. The room carpet had some smears. Those should be cleaned or the carpet should be replaced. |

The hotel was convenient to the downtown area. The rooms were very clean and beds were very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious and had a wide variety of selection. I would definitely stay here again! |
