very polite and helpful personnel esp.in reception.room was clean and quiet confortable.location was what we expected(next to stadium)but far away from the old city.price was quiet good. breakfast needs improvement.the view was on a cemetery(that was the bad thing)! |

The Hotel is conveniently located - public transport in the area is quite good and you can get into the City Centre within 15-20 minutes. Rooms are spacious and well equipped - our room was street-facing but still very quiet and the balcony was an added bonus. Breakfast buffet was absolutely brilliant. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The price tag may be a bit on the upper end of the scale but in a place like Graz it is hard to find better value for money. Altogether I was very happy for having chosen Mercure Graz Messe and would return there anytime. Car parking is an additional 10 € per night |

location / price / standards breakfast prices were too expensive. three in the party with no offer to include breakfast. 4 days my mother spent 56 euros and she only eat a small breakfast. we went elsewhere |

Reception staff friendly and helpful. Value for money. The location right next to the cemetary, surrounded by stonemasons with innumerable headstones for sale was a bit unusual. |

The normal business hotel aside of the city center. Behind the hotel there is the quit and good-looking cemetery . The personnel is professional and friendly. There is an underground parking (10euros) – you couldn’t park the car on the “Billa” supermarket parking by the hotel for the night. The room is big enough, clean and tidy. There is a bath in the bathroom. |

Wireless connectivity, good breakfast each morning, only 5 minute tram ride to the centre of Graz. No gymnasium. Heating in rooms was too hot all of the time, even when thermostat was on lowest setting. |

Frühstück war üppig, Anbindung an den öffentl. Verkehr gut; man ist in ca. 15 Min. in der Innenstadt; Supermarkt ist gleich daneben Bett im normalen Doppelzimmer war etwas schmal, aber durchaus ok. |

Die gute Lage, das ruhige geräumige Zimmer, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter/innen, das gute reichhaltige Frühstück. Nur Kleinigkeit, aber es gibt zu wenig Ablagefläche im Bad. |

Es la segunda vez que lo utilizamos para nuestra estancia en Graz. No hemos querido cambiar de hotel porque nos ha parecido muy bueno en las dos ocasiones: Cómodo, limpio, agradable, tranquilo y muy buena atención. Todo ha sido más que correcto. |

sehr nettes hotel, allerdings frühstücksbuffet entspricht nicht dem wert von 14 euro pro person. im internationalen vergleich ein nicht konkurrenzfähiges frühstück. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ gut - man kommt in etwa 15 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum. Für das Frühstück werden ca 14 Euro extra berechnet! Dieses ist aber nicht besonders und niemals das Geld wert. Das Personal im Restaurant ist nicht gerade freundlich. Einzige Parkmöglichkeit ist die kostenpflichtige Tiefgarage - sehr teuer! |
