Reception staff friendly and helpful. Value for money. The location right next to the cemetary, surrounded by stonemasons with innumerable headstones for sale was a bit unusual. |

The normal business hotel aside of the city center. Behind the hotel there is the quit and good-looking cemetery . The personnel is professional and friendly. There is an underground parking (10euros) – you couldn’t park the car on the “Billa” supermarket parking by the hotel for the night. The room is big enough, clean and tidy. There is a bath in the bathroom. |

The room is very spacey and bed very comfortable. I spent only one night at the Mercure Graz Messe and I wish I had more time to try everything this hotel offers. |

Wireless connectivity, good breakfast each morning, only 5 minute tram ride to the centre of Graz. No gymnasium. Heating in rooms was too hot all of the time, even when thermostat was on lowest setting. |

Super Lage des Hotels. Mit der Strassenbahn oder zu Fuß ist die Innenstadt von Graz mit guten Geschäften und viel Kultur leicht erreichbar. Sehr nettes Personal wirklich sauberes Zimmer und ruhige Lage . |

Gyors és udvarias személyzet, bevitt kisállat számára "Welcome" csomag. Négycsillagos szálláshelyhez képest kissé leamortizált szobabelső, elsősorban a falak állapota (karcos, foltos) volt kifogásolható. Túl puhának találtuk a rugós matracokat. |

gutes Service, gepflegte Zimmer Für das Parken in der Garage zu zahlen, obwohl am Supermarktparkplatz unmittelbar vor dem Hotel am Wochenende alles frei ist. Laut Hotelpersonal ist es bei Strafe verboten. (Parkgebühr als Service inkludieren) |

Das Hotel liegt sehr günstig hinter dem Messegelände, ca 3 Minuten mit dem Auto. Ich konnte zum gleichen Preis ein großeres Zimmer wählen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hat zu wenig Auswahl gehabt, die Spiegeleier und der Speck waren kalt. |

saubere Zimmer Frühstück wurde bis 10h30 angeboten wurde aber plötzlich doch bis 12 h erweitert - was natürlich am Neujahrsmorgen notwendig ist - wir haben aber das Angebot nicht angenommen - weil wir vorab nicht informiert waren |
